OR ARE YOU GOING TO TELL ME YOU ARE SORRY FOR THE DELAY IN PROCESSING MY REFUND AS YOU HAVE SO MANY OTHER TIMES? IT’S GOING ON 4 MONTHS NOW AND ALL I GET ARE LIES. HOW CAN YOU LIE LIKE YOU DO AND LOOK AT YOURSELF IN THE MIRROR EACH DAY?
SHOW SOME CHARACTER AND JUST TELL ME HOW YOU LIED AND SCREWED ME WITH THIS ORDER AS YOU HAVE SO MANY OTHER PEOPLE.

I ordered one hose on 8th June this year.
When I looked at the order it had items I had not ordered.
On same day I contacted their customer service via email and said to cancel the hose I wanted plus the doubled order which included another hose,2 extended warranties, a cloth and some kind of car cleaner .
None of which I wanted.
I was told it would be too late to cancel and to return items once they arrived.
This happened late June. I then looked for returns policy and address on line. Couldn’t find the address so got in touch again asking for this address for full refund.
This went back and forth a couple of times with same response. My refund was being processed.
I received another apologetic email offering me to keep the items and £50. I responded and said NO as the total was just over £217.00
I counter-offered and said I would settle for just over half the cost and I would keep the jet hose .
That was around 3-4 weeks ago.
I emailed again yesterday 18th August asking why this refund still wasn’t in my bank. Gave the 7 working days to resolve or I would be reporting them to the authorities.
Received another email this morning which was sent just after 2am….and it was a cut and paste job I’d seen on previous emails.
I’m responding to that today.
I would NOT recommend this company nor would I recommend the hose. It doesn’t do what it says it does. So ironically even ONE payment would show this hose was a waste of money
PLEASED DO NOT USE THIS COMANY.
I don’t hold out much hope of receiving a refund however would not want anyone else to have the same experience as me.

I ordered ONE jethose from the Jethose Canada website in mid-June, the website behaved AFTER the fact and without confirming my order properly that I had ordered three of them, in USD, plus warrantees, which I never checked as wanting, for a total of more than $180 Canadian! I immediately emailed the company that I had selected one Jethose during my transaction. 20 minutes later I received a notification my order had ALREADY SHIPPED. AS IF! I contacted the company demanding a full refund for their sketchy practices, and the response stated they could do nothing and that I would be able to return the order for a refund except that I'd be responsible for the cost of shipping it. TO CALIFORNIA. Eff that. I immediately initiated a case with Paypal after the company refused to refund me immediately for their fraudulent practices. Paypal found in my favour. I spent so much time having to fill out Paypal's ridiculous case information and emailing the company, it was insane. I still received three jethoses --- which looked nothing like what is on the website, cheap black plastic guns with NO brass connectors to allow them to fit on a standard garden hose. If it fits on a standard garden hose, why doesn't the gun itself just do that?! It's got small weird threading. The gun in the first box was even broken so that the handle would not push down. This is a scam of immense proportions and I can imagine many "customers" have been literally HOSED because of how much work it is to get this scam company to do anything about it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was skeptical to buy this, but since it said it had a guaranteed refund I thought I could not go wrong. I was wrong! When I got the product, it didn’t work any better than the garden hose on jet spray. So I returned the product. When asking about my guaranteed refund, I kept getting requests to keep the unit and only get a percentage back of my $79 sales price. This went on for several iterations until they finally agreed to give me 100% of my money back. That was two months ago.
I am still waiting for the refund check and keep getting excuses from the customer service people. Everything from it’s being processed, we have had a problem with your refund, you should receive it soon and other others. It’s been over two months and I am still waiting for the full refund.
Don’t waste your money on this product as it does not really work and all of the negative reviews should be a warning. I thought I could do no wrong with a guarantee however that hasn’t panned out yet! Buyer beware.

Horrible experience. Do not buy from this company. Product is cheap plastic and will not connect to standard Canadian water hose. Needs separate connectors and modification, and still delivers low pressure. I tried to return it within the allowed timeframe. Was offered a 25% refund and told to keep the nozzle. Finally agreed to accept a 70% refund, and have been fighting to get the funds credited to my PayPal account ever since. Company continues to tell me the refund is being actioned but they are having trouble processing it. Today, I requested that they simply e-transfer me the refund amount. The next email from them stated…”we are working to process your 25% refund”.  So, here we go again.

Took 30 days to receive, tried to cancel since it had not been shipped they declined, then arrived without a hose adapter, very dissatisfied, it is made mostly of plastic

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I went on the website to order a hose. I clicked on the product and nothing happened. I clicked on the product two more times and then it asked for my billing information. I entered the information and was expecting the site to say, "proceed to checkout" It did not. It immediately charged me for three jet hoses. I emailed the company immediately to cancel and explain the error and they said they could not as it had already been shipped. I kept emailing the company to explain I did not want 3 items and every time I emailed I would get a different person. Well, the item did not show up until two months later. The item is awful and given the time wasted trying to sort out the fact that I never meant to order the product in the first place the return time had expired. The product is awful. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a "High Pressure Jet Nozzle" and what a scam. Its a cheap plastic rip off which couldnt pressure wash a plate. They also added items which I didnt want and charged me at the final checkout stage so you carnt stop them. I immediately contacted them and they said they couldnt stop the whole order. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM I have reported them to Pay Pal and my Bank and am making a claim against them. DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM AND PASS THE WORD AROUND.

Unfortunately I have had a similar experience as noted below. Multiple items added to my order with the inability to remove them. I emailed and called immediately to cancel my order and was told it was already shipped which is a joke. I was told I would get 30 days to return. We will see how that goes when I finally get them. It appeared that they were a US company but don’t seem to be with further digging, items coming from China.

I ordered jet hose, hoping to be able to clean my siding. It took over a month with me having to contact them in order to get the product mailed to me
when the product came in, the attachment to the hose was not included. I took a picture of what I was sent
contacted them via email
was told that it would be sent to me. It never was. I’m trying to get a refund. All I’m getting is a runaround.

Review update
I have not received my Visa statement, so I do not yet know if I got the refund. I was promised after I returned my package, but on my porch last week wasn’t another package which I didn’t even open. I don’t know what’s going on with the company it seems like the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing.

Do not buy this!! It is very cheaply made. Also I’ve been trying to return it and they do not respond to my emails. They say a 30 day money back guarantee. Good luck!! Customer service is terrible.

I place an order on May 26, 2026, for a modern pressure nozzle and not only did they increase the quantity of nozzles ordered, but they also added $39.80 extended warranty, $12.99 for a Nano Car Spray, and $12.23 for a Micro Fibre Cloth after I denied popups. I called the number listed immediately after receiving the confirmation, which was less than 5 minutes and they kept hanging up. I followed up immediately with an email specifically stating CANCEL ORDER, along with 4 more additional email requests since I couldn't get a reply. I finally received an email on June 12th stating: Thank you for your patience. We're still investigating your request to provide the best possible outcome.
We'll reach out to you once we have more information to share. In the meantime, if you have any other details or concerns to share, you may do so by replying to this email.
The order shipped on June 10th and was received on June 29th. You can't get through to anyone for a return authorization. They bill through Commerce Core who you also can't get through too. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!

Still waiting for a refund after 4 weeks for goods not received and warranty which I never asked for after several emails I have sent I keep getting same email all time it’s with our finance department to sort out this was ordered 3 months ago I only 1 hose not 3 hose and no warranty yet they charged me for 3 hoses and the 1 hose I ordered it took 8 weeks to order and I was told it would be 2/3 weeks also they won’t even let me send the item I got as it’s absolutely Rubish for a refund really really poor service and communication please please do not order with this company they are a fraud

Dammit, I hate this!
I was very careful in ordering. Every time something else to buy popped up, I did NOT click on them, but these people tacked them on anyway. Including a car spray cleaner I had purchased years before & hated! What they won’t do to make an extra buck! Now I’m wondering if their bloody hose is worth the “sale price” of $70. I kind of doubt it or they wouldn’t do this. Now I have to worry about this until this (probable crap) comes in.
REALLY?! I am sick of sites that do this & it’s obviously deliberate. The “NO THANKS” button is way too close to the accept-the-crap- I -don’t-want-button & they certainly know it. That’s why it’s strategically placed there. Oops! The oops was NOT at my end, it’s theirs! I only wanted the damned hose!
These people have sent me at least 4 “survey” from the day after I ordered. Product ETD: 7-14 business days. They added items to my order II tried to contact their customer service email over a dozen times to failed delivery reports or just no replies . ,They have no Customer Service & are clearly useless, lying , thieving scumbags. Bombarding me with surveys! How do they think I should rate them?! They knew I hadn’t received anything! Plus I keep getting stupid no reply emails to buy more to add to my order before shipping it, so they know I haven’t received anything.
In the last couple weeks I received 1 email from (supposedly) a woman named Victoria but it was ridiculous. Answering my questions with questions & needing me to verify my email! She sent me a message to my email! What’s to verify?!
Site emails: : You said you didn’t want me to give them to you!?
UPDATE: FIRST MY BANK REFUNDED THE COST OF THE SPRAY CLEANER & CLEANING CLOTH FROM MY ORDER BECAUSE I HADN’T ORDERED THEM. NOW BECAUSE I HAVEN’T RECEIVED THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IN THE SUGGESTED TIMEFRAME, THEY ARE GOING THROUGH THE PROCESS OF REFUNDING THAT AS WELL. WE SHALL SEE!

This company is in my experience a scam. Can't comment on quality as I have not received it even after multiple emails.

This product should be in a $2 shop, extremely poor quality..plastic, does not perform the way it was advertised and charged over $100US instead of $79AUS.
Absolute rip off and took over a month to arrive. Product not fit for purpose my normal hose does a better job!!!!

Very disappointed. Hardly any difference with existing hose nozzle. The videos are not indicative of what I experience. I am reluctant to be so negative. But I do not recommend this Jet Nozzle.

Like everyone is mentioning the product is made of cheap plastic and the attachment part for the handle does not fit a common hose (in the U.S.). I went through my payment provider (Paypal) to dispute the charge after JetHose would not provide info on the process to return the product (several emails - eventually they stopped responding. figured they were stalling until the 30day return policy would be over). Paypal was able to get me a refund. This is how bad the product is: they didn't even want me to return it. They know it is not worth the cost of shipping it back. Haha.
