Product is dreadful and the company is going out of its way not to assist customer issues like trying to cancel a order or get a promised refund

Avoid this company at all cost

I saw this product on Instagram and decided to purchase the minimum order of one box with one cloth. I checked the box for buy one get one free for $17.48. No other charges were mentioned.
I then got a text from my credit card asking if I had made a purchase $67.02
I have no idea how that amount could be calculated. I called my credit card to block the charge. It is obviously a scam by charging almost 4 times the advertised price. Beware.

thank goodness I only paid for the cheapest option. Their delivery date was a joke, the product was very iffy and didnt work in strong sunshine. Soap and water would have done as efficient a job.
Be Warned -- this product is as near to a scam as it could be.

Following my earlier posting of 11/08/26, I today received a text message and email, both supposedly from my bank asking for more details about my disputed credit card transactions. On phoning my bank they confirmed they have not sent these communications and would not contact me in the methods used. This would appear to be an attempt from Nanopolix to extort more money from me by asking me to click on links. This company appear to get most of their profits by cheating money out of honest, hard working people. Please do not be taken in by them. Be very wary of any communications from this company as some of the information contained within appears genuine, but I can assure you it is not!

Because I had purchased items from you in good faith and you are rewarding me with a greater deal thank you i will buy from you in another time I am sure.

Do not use this company took £80 from my account and didn't send anything have been waiting 2 months for refund still nothing.

Same experience as many. Final total not disclosed until after I paid - didn’t realise price was $US - got a shock after paying to realise I’d spent almost double. Tried to cancel straight away but my phone is unable to call USA so sent an email. Same day I got a reply that it was too late to cancel but could send back for a refund (NSW address). They firstly tried to offer discount of 25%, then 45% then 70%. I refused all offers and requested my refund. I returned the product 6 weeks ago. I have followed up twice and both times have been asked to be patient while they finalise the process. I asked what the process is but haven’t been provided an answer. This business is not open and transparent. Stay away!

Contacted them after a month without receiving the order, they “resent” it, and after another month it still hadn’t arrived. Asked them for a refund and instantly got an email my order was just shipped and they said they couldn’t do a refund. Told them I no longer wanted it but they said it had been shipped already. After the third failed shipping I said I wanted a refund and to cancel the order completely. After they agreed to refund, I’ve had to follow up 4 times over 4 weeks and the response is always “we understand this is frustrating but we are still processing your refund” - which still hasn’t been processed.

You could buy a house and move in quicker than this company acts.

Terrible from start to finish. Misleading website, dodgy charging process (3 x transactions for the same order). Product cheap and nasty and the return process is a complete joke. Endless emails claiming problems with the their refund process. Getting money back via credit card company as these criminals will never pay out. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE.

I tried to cancel this order the moment I had made it and was told I was too late to cancel it and had to wait for the product to arrive when I could then ask for a refund.
I waited weeks for the product to arrive and immediately contacted them to to ask how go about getting my refund. They didn't answer immediately and I knew I only had a month to return the product. They were slow at telling me how to do this. I had to pay for returning the product but they then tried to convince me to keep the product but would give me a refund of 20% when I refused this they offered 45% which I accepted and they told me they would send me the refund as soon as they had resolved a technical difficulty. They asked me to be patient!! After 1 month I contacted them again and was told that I was too late to ask for a refund. Of course I explained what had happened but they didn't want to know. I strongly recommend not using this company.

I only wanted one polish cloth for 14.95 but somehow 2 were ordered plus shipping it came out to 51.89. I called immediately to cancel the incorrect order and was told the order would be canceled. However, I received another email letting me know my order was preparing to be shipped. So I called again and was again given the run around and told the ordered had already been dispatched and shipment could not be canceled. I'm refusing delivery and returning product unopened. My credit card was notified.

I wanted to product I ordered but I didn’t need all the add ons to get my final order number. All that did was mess up my next order to be real close to not making it.

This product does not work at all even on the smallest of scratches, I have tried to contact the company on their review site but when I hit the send button it says error every time, I have tried to request a refund but it is very difficult, I would not recommend this product at all😡

This product did not work for me.
Following the instructions, initially it seemed as if it would work, however once the surface was dried and buffed, the marks were clearly still there and remained so after several appications.
And none of my scratches were anywhere as severe as the ones in their advertising material.
Furthermore, my request for a refund was unsuccessful as it was past their 30 day return period, designed to cover the product under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. However I do wonder if the core standard of that Act "Fit for Purpose" is being met? Clearly in my case it was not.
I’m just disappointed that the product does not actually do what it claims it to do.

If you were unfortunate enough to feel totally scammed by this company. Had no success using their hotline, or online contact page. But were fortunate enough to have paid by Paypal. I strongly urge you to report your issues to them.
The company that took your money under false pretences, and is responsible for avoiding refunds is Commerce Core UAB. You will find an online customer support address hidden away at the bottom of the non functional contact page.
In the first instance contact them with your issues. You will receive a load of rubbish about giving your issue the highest priority, and working hard to resolve the problem. They will even agree to a full refund. Which you will never get. I waited 7 weeks to no avail. However, I did have evidence of my complaint, and their empty promises in writing, with which I was able to open a case with Paypal. Unbelievably, this was resolved almost instantly with a full refund! Don't let these shysters get away with it!

Scam! Scam! Scam! They take your money then charge for an additional order. Sound sympathetic when you complain but nothing gets done. Product no good either.

Have based my order on peoples reviews .. will test the product before further orders.
