Great service !

I ordered a Jetterix 5 weeks ago. Had an email a few days later hoping I was enjoying it. Still haven't received it! On emailing their customer services I had a few friendly replies which gave some confidence that this wasn't a scam. Was told it was out for delivery. Had emails from Hermes and Evri but tracking didn't work. Followed up by another email from Evri. They eventually said the product was lost in the system. Further email from Jetterix said product was being delayed at customs. This is highly likely to be a scam and wonder if Evri is in on it too?
I've asked for a refund but not holding out any hope.

Please don’t waste your money on this product as it’s no better than a hose spray attachment you can buy in any DIY shop. Very cheap, flimsy item.
During the purchasing process I was charged £10 for extended warranty which I hadn’t requested. I emailed the company immediately asking for a refund and was assured I would receive one but it hasn’t happened even though I sent several further emails. So with postage I have spent £65.89 on an absolute piece of rubbish!

the item il thought l had ordered was not the same as on the info commercials, and l thought l was buying an American made product but the product came from China and in a blue box that said high pressure nozzle, and no indication from which company. After using the nozzle it started leaking through the handle.

Absolute garbage. don't waste your money.

Not only is this adapter very disappointing - it DOES NOT have anything like the power of a jet wash, the website makes it very difficult to buy one product with no extras. Think of it like the Ryanair website… you end up buying extras because you can’t get off that page without doing so. The product is expensive and disapppinting and I can’t help feeling conned!

Delivery took three weeks. And in the end the items are not meet my expectations.

We purchased the sprayer. It does not have as much pressure as our hose nozzles. We reached out for a refund and agreed to a 25% refund. Don’t buy this sprayer if you are expecting results like a pressure washer would provide.

I waited on ho;d for 11 minutes with no response, and listened to your stupid please wait while one of our staff members answers your call 132 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that is horrible customer service. I still have not received my tracking number from my order placed on July 8, your site says within 24 hours? Did I make a mistake ordering from your company? I think I did! Answer your damn phone!

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Jetterix.com IS A SCAM! When you go to checkout, it takes you to topashopo.com which is a KNOWN FRAUDULENT website on BBB Scam tracker and trustpilot. EXTREME caution is advised. DO NOT PURCHASE. It’s been 12 days since I was promised a refund. Still haven’t received!

Although customer support was very good, the product itself does not match it's description. Poor performance, cheap plastic, power output not much better than anything you can buy at B&Q or other outlets. I'm sure it was different from the one I purchased from the advert and definitely not worth the 60 quid I spent on it. Sorry but not for me, it will be used for watering the plants and washing the car.

The hose connection is NO better than our normal hose.. pressure is no better..

False advertising 😝

This is one of the biggest scams I have seen in a long time. It claims to fit your regular hose but does not have a normal 3/4 hose connector. I get better pressure from e simple twist nozzle that can be found in any home supply store. I knew I was taking a chance, but this was a really disappointment. Save your money folks.

Useless! DO Not waste your time or money. Couldn’t move the skin off a custard ! Also no response to my email or request for refund. False advertising !

I was contacted within an hour and the issue was sorted in 5 days
