Unfortunately the information when ordering was somewhat confusing. It was processed before I had chance to review the order. After ordering the communication was poor, and the delivery details were almost non existent. One of the two parcels didn't even arrive. I contacted customer services who said they'd review it and send a new one. This only happened after I chased them. I had the small portable one arrive which leaks water whenever you move it around. The larger one didn't arrive for 3 weeks. When it did the remote control wasn't inside the box. I am arranging a return.

Customer care support I received from a staff of the customer care service named Victoria was quite great. She was always very prompt, courteous, supportive and reassuring.
However my experience from the jethose was definitely much below my expectation. The pressure from all the different tips of the hose could not clean my concrete stamped compound or patio. I only plan to keep it to wash my car.

I bought the jet hose nozzle. It says, "It Fits all standard garden hoses" but it doesn't. I have an expandable hose and it didn't fit it. So, I bought a standard garden hose to see if this would fit, it didn't. I then tried to buy adapters that worked and none did. All the while, I was working with Jethose to get it to work. I really wanted it to work because I have a bad back and lugging a heavy pressures washer to clean my deck was not really an option. After multiple emails and trips to Home Depot, I could not get it to connect and Jethose agreed to a refund amount. However, when it came to actual refunding they have not sent anything and they refuse to reply to my emails asking for an update. All emails were sent within 30 days. At this point, I am stuck with a pressure nozzle that doesnt work well, an email that Jethose refuses to reply to, and having to buy a new lightweight pressure washer.

JetHose is a SCAM!!! My order was confirmed and processed without the ability to do so on my end. Not to mention that 2 items were added without my consent and I didn't have the ability to uncheck with boxes. I immediately emailed and called to cancel. My email received a generic we are busy and will get back to you when we can. I finally spoke to someone on the phone who said they would cancel it and I would receive a refund by the end of the day. Then I get an email winding that back telling me it was shipped - I received a shipping confirmation the next day. I was told not to worry that I would be able to get a refund if returned within 30 days. I received the package on Sunday and sent and email asking for return instructions, no response. I called today and was told the first step would be to fill out a survey then let them know I did it and they would let me know where to ship the package for a full refund of over $200. I did that then I get an email from someone else offering to pay me 25% of the order. I lost it, they came back and offered 45% - I lost it again. I am expecting a full refund. BUYER BEWARE, do NOT order from this company!!!!

The jet nozzle will not attach to a water hose. Poor product. Cheaply made and Weak design for the money. Company will refund but I am forced to pay return shipping.
Buyer beware. Go to your local hardware store for a better product

Hello I have received two Jet Hoses which were tested out this weekend. They are absolutely pathetic similar to my garden hose pressure.

I have spent $226NZD on these and am livid that I have been duped by your company.
The quality is a joke and the AI videos you use to entice would be purchasers is FRAUDULENT, SCAMMING and DISGRACEFUL.

I want a refund please.

Especially as I initially only ordered one, but I didnt get confirmation on the payment then submitted again. Now I have two useless jet hoses and duped $226NZD.

Quick response time, straightforward answers

I ordered the jet sprayer but only wanted one. The site sent me in circles for 10 minutes. I finally placed the order but got no "Thank you for your order", no confirmation email, and no shipping details. After waiting for over a month, I received 2 jet sprayers but was charged for 3. $239.97 for a sprayer!!! I've been trying to resolve this for weeks. They NEVER answer the customer service phone and never return my emails. Horrible company. Go with Bulb Head.

The man, I talked to on the phone was very polite, but I couldn't much understand what he was saying, him being a foreigner and all.

Although I was unable to have my problem corrected, the response I received was efficient, courteous and appreciated. The order cancellation I requested was not possible however the customer service team lead me through the process needed to satisfy my situation. It is a pleasure dealing with a company team that encourages customer satisfaction. Rare these days.

Does not clean as shown on video. Stream is very poor in fact not too dissimilar to a regular hose nozzle

Great response time answering my concerns

I purchased what I saw in a YouTube infomercial for JetHose as a handheld (squeeze device). I completed the ordering process, and the total came to $75.89. Verifying through a chat that the extension came with the order. If you view this product on YouTube, you'll see that the person cleaning the brick walkway is using the extension. By doing so, JetHose may ensure its product cleans as advertised. What I received was about 18 inches. 1/4-inch pipe with a ball valve. Well, of course, if you push water out of a 5/8-inch garden hose into a 1/4-inch, you're bound to get a pressure increase. Pressure water capability? The first from it! Adding insult to injury, JetHose charged my credit card $88.62. This unit was ordered on May 18, 2026, and I am still awaiting my refund. They offered me 25% and 70%, respectively, telling me I wouldn’t have to return the item, so there would be no postal fee to ship. I’ve filed with the Attorney General and the FCC.

This did not fit on our hose with the sprayer they had sent. When just attached to our hose without the sprayer, it had less power than our $20 sprayer. They offered me 25% back. What happened to their 30 day guarantee? I have not heard back from them after asking how I return the useless item. After waiting 3 weeks for it to arrive
