As many customers before, i have the same issue that my package is delivered to the flexbox but i did not received a pickup code. customer service hotline disconnects me after 10 minutes waiting time and i did not receive a response on my emails as well. super frustrating to know, that the products you have ordered (and want to receive) are delivered but not able to be picked up purely because of a communication issue. i assume they will be send back soon and i have to order at another shop.
very bad organized shop in terms of delivery and customer care. i don’t understand why there are no actions taken as clearly more customers have that issue. good example of not thought through delivery process, i would recommend to change your management as it’s clearly not able to deliver a satisfying customer experience.

Minor problems - SUPER GOOD EXPERIENCE
I am from Romania and had my first order from Hardloop, never heard from them before...
I ordered a Columbia Saudan Pro jacket
VERY GOOD PRICE!!!
Order came with one day delay from what was estimated
Did not like jacket and started the return process.
Got some errors and contacted support center.
10 minutes wait time and started conversation ... In 5 minutes everything was solved.
Today i sent back the package free of charge.
Even with small problems Hardloop helped me with everything and my experience was SUPER GOOD.
