After 1 week no news from my order…

One of the slowest shipping I have ever experienced. It took about 2 weeks for them to ship. They did not respond to my messages. I was about to report them to VISA, when they finally shipped.

Ordered a high quality trekking boots, it came from France to Hungary within 3-4 days. The boots were in mint perfect condition. I'm very satisfied overall. Absolutely recommended store.

scam, received empty letter with no content

contacted them by email, they refuse and say that the 45 cm kong panic alpine sling has been delivered. They say that they cannot help further as we have not registered it with the postal service upon delivery. the package was delivered to a post office box with a code for self-service.

had to contact master card for a refund who has now blocked the master card and is taking the matter further with alpine store.

I had to wait a long time on my package. The site said it would arrive in a week. I contacted customer service; their phone does not work so i had to email them. After a long wait they responded and said they would send the package as fast as possible within 24h, but it arrived two more weeks after. I needed the shoes for my hiking trip but now they are way too late. Be prepared to wait a long time with bad communication.

I recently purchased a Silky Nata - Outback Edition from this store. The price was by far the best I could find—I got it for €113 (with very reasonable shipping costs), whereas in Greece the exact same item costs around €170. The order was shipped incredibly fast via courier and I received it in perfect condition. Great store, highly recommended!

All was good except the shipping through ups, ups is not good

I live in the United States. I was worried about the customer service (being eight hours difference and potentially having a language barrier ) and the delivery time. Both turned out to be excellent! They were very responsive, when I reached out, with any questions or concerns. And the delivery time was a non-issue. It was shipped within 24 hours. And arrived to my house within five days.

I will definitely look to them for future needs. Hopefully the United States can figure out this whole tariff issue as that cost me an extra 40 bucks.
