Horrible robbing con merchants
Booked parking but sat on flight and flight cancelled, they took the £123 for9 hrs parking and refuse to refund anything , quite willing to pay for the parking used but their policy won't allow refunds

AVOID AVOID AVOID. We used them to rent a car from Budget. They have taken an unauthorised payment and we have provided them with a signed contract from the collection office for the car but they are simply refusing to repay us. It’s only about £40 and they think we won’t pursue it. I guess this is how Holiday Extras make their money.

Asked for an up to date info for my meet and greet at Manchester airport terminal 3. I got a reply to follow route for P13.
The advice was totally wrong it should have been P10 drop and go, meet and greet finished last March. They need to update their information.

My flight return time was ammended at short notice by the carrier but the nice lady on the online help changed my car pick up time no problem without incurring any extra cost. Good service thank you :)

Booked a taxi transfer with Holiday Extras from Malaga airport on 28/10/26 but taxi did not appear.
Completed all the information requested and sent this to them on 28/10/26.
No word of my refund yet.

Booked car hire in Madeira which was prepaid for 6 days but when arrived the car had been rented out and was not available and had to make other arrangements.

Beware if arrive late you will lose your money

I found their booking system to be overcomplicated and confusing. Because of this a problem arose with a booking. Theis customer service was appalling, using bots and then e-mail. No one was prepared to actually talk to me to discuss the issue. I will never use this company again.

They have finally listened to me it's taken weeks of trying and on so many occasions if they follow up on what they said then is 5 star this time if they don't then I won't be surprised

Inti made the process so easy by cancelling my original booking and sending me a voucher to rebook at Manchester
