Like many, if Admiral have dealt with your claim unfairly , there is a solution
After reading many reviews there are clearly many customers who feel they have had a Admiral deal with their claims dealt with unfairly, unacceptably and unprofessionally .If you have been affected then I suggest you take legal action and go and see a Solicitor and pursue you your claim through the small claims court which deals with claims up to £10k. For more advice contact Citizens advise consumer service. If you are not an Admiral customer then my advice is simply go elsewhere to avoid conflict and disappointment !!!

Insurance for a Campervan Conversion
I booked through MSM and as my Campervan was a modification, I needed to phone to obtain a quote. Admiral was straightforward and clear and even confirmed the quote I had obtained through MSM.
Disappointingly, no insurance available for Turkey or Albania.

Admiral Pet Insurance
For Admiral Pet insurance - I regret ever using admiral. My cat got kidney disease - this resulted in premiums being pretty much doubled (despite the fact that there isn’t any treatment at the moment - no medicine or surgery will fix him). Now I’m stuck with admiral because nobody else will insure him. I’m sure they’re aware of this and they’ve made premiums so high that if they increase it any more it’ll not be worth having insurance at all. Then when I made a claim for vet fees (I paid the vet by credit card initially) I’m still waiting after three weeks and I’m told it could be another 5 to 10 days.

We're also sorry to hear about the delay you've experienced with your claim for veterinary fees. We appreciate that having already covered the cost of treatment yourself, waiting for an update on your claim can be concerning.
We've passed a copy of your Trustpilot review to our pet team and have asked them to contact you with an update on your claim. In addition, we've requested that a formal complaint be registered so that the concerns you've raised can be fully investigated.
