I had take out insurance with this…

I had take out insurance with this company on the 20th August (including gadget cover). My camera was stolen whilst on holiday and when I attempted to make a claim, coverwise responded stated they couldn’t locate my policy and first they asked me to provide proof of purchase (which I had provided) after that they then asked for proof of my certificate. This whole thing has been going on for just over a week and i’m still yet to receive any response or any resolution. This is the first time i’ve ever experienced anything like this when taking out travel and gadget insurance.

Great customer service

Had to amend my policy details the day after I had purchased the cover . So refreshing to actually speak to an advisor who was more than helpful with a brilliant attitude, just how customer service should be. I have used CoverWise before and will definitely use again and have in fact recommended them to friends and family.
