I haven’t received my order
I haven’t received my order. It has been two weeks since the order and the parcel is still stuck in the warehouse in the Netherlands for 3 days. On the website I was promised to receive the order in a week. Very bad experience and would not order from this shop again.

Edit. At least they finally sent my money back.
They are awful. I canceled one of my order because I bought the same shirt in authentic more expensive version but despite the fact that they asked me about it and I explained it plainly they didn't understand me and then told me the first order was already sent. It looks to me like it was made for purpose to send it anyway. And after such a long time I still got from them only one shirt and no money sent back to me!

Disappointing Experience With Custom Shirt Order
I ordered the new FC Porto shirt with custom printing and received something completely different from what I paid for.
The new 2026/27 shirt uses red lettering and numbering, as shown on FC Porto's official kit. I specifically ordered the name "KIWIOR" with the number 4, but the shirt arrived with incorrect printing, the wrong style of numbering, and does not match the product advertised.
What is most frustrating is that this was a customised shirt costing over €100, yet basic details of the order were not followed. I even provided evidence showing how the official printing should look, but the finished product bears little resemblance to what was ordered.
I contacted customer service and requested a full refund as the item is not as described. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and I would not feel confident ordering from this company again.

8 Weeks of Delays, Terrible Customer Service, and Still No Order
Absolutely terrible experience with Futbol Emotion from start to finish.
I placed an order for football jerseys at the beginning of April and provided my FULL address correctly, including all delivery details. After waiting an absurd amount of time for dispatch and delivery, Royal Mail then informed me they could not deliver the parcel because Futbol Emotion had incorrectly labelled the address and failed to include my flat number/house number.
This mistake was entirely their fault.
From that point onward, the experience became even worse. Royal Mail returned the parcel, and instead of resolving the issue quickly, Futbol Emotion left me chasing them for updates for WEEKS. Every single update had to come from me constantly emailing and asking what was happening. Communication was awful throughout the entire process.
After around EIGHT WEEKS in total, they finally turned around and said the parcel had apparently been “lost” and offered me a refund. The problem is I specifically told them I DID NOT want a refund — I wanted the items I originally ordered.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the issue happened because of THEIR dispatch error, yet they did absolutely nothing proactively to fix it. At any point they could have simply shipped replacement items once they realised the address had been messed up. The products were still in stock for most of this period, but instead they delayed, ignored updates, and dragged the situation out until eventually the items went out of stock completely.
So because of their incompetence and terrible customer service, I waited nearly two months only to end up with nothing.
Terrible organisation. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service.
I would strongly advise anyone ordering from Futbol Emotion to think twice before using this company.

Once the parcel was returned by the carrier, we closely monitored its return to our facilities. Unfortunately, the package was lost during the return process and never arrived back at our warehouse.
As the goods were not recovered, the only solution available was to issue a full refund. We understand that your preference was to receive the items you originally ordered; however, without the returned parcel and with stock availability changing over time, we were unable to guarantee a replacement.
Please note that the refund has already been processed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and for the time it took to resolve the situation.
We also regret that our communication did not meet your expectations during this process. While we worked with the information provided by the carrier, we understand that the waiting time and uncertainty were disappointing.
