Staff at home n store collection at Welwyn were very nice but I am still waiting for some of my order to arrive. I was told 4 days ago there was a delay but not a word from Fatface since then. Also no explanation for the delay. Very quick to take the money, very slow to deliver or explain.

Ordered a short sleeve jumper in the sale, very easy to order online and product was a good fit and very nice quality. It arrived promptly for collection from my local shop. I liked it so much I ordered another one in a different colour

Love FatFace. They closed my local store but I always pop in when I’m in Chi or Soton! I started on bags but I have expanded my collection to hoodies and, on my last visit, snaffled me a pair of flip flops in the sale!
Quality value products, good stores, great staff. Probably for the best they did shut my local store cos I’d be broke!

Ordered ages ago, still not received

Fast delivery, and lovely clothes that fitted an expected, so no returns necessary. When you are petite like me finding clothes that have been created properly for petites is a rareity so well done FatFace.

Ordered two shirts for my husband's upcoming birthday. One arrived very swiftly after ordering, but there was a slight delay on the other one. I received regular updates regarding the delay and have recently received the second shirt. The general service from Fat Face is so efficient and reliable. The clothing is always of a high quality, and unique in colour and design.

I was able to collect my order from a local retailer free and also return one item in same store.

Always a great welcome and experience in Mumbles Fatface. Super clothes, lovely styles and comfortable to wear.
The store is easy to walk around, the clothes and accessories are well displayed.
The changing rooms are clean, and safe to use.

Always love Fat Face but feel that they have lost something since being taken over by next. Having said that I am happy with the jeans I bought.
