I was able to collect my order from a local retailer free and also return one item in same store.

I ordered two items and unfortunately had to return one of them. I’m happy with my order but didn’t expect the refund to take so long to reach my account. Three weeks plus seems a bit too long.

I can always trust the quality and fit of Jones footwear and not disapointed with my recent order. The sandals are adjustable with velcro fasteners which is great in hotter weather.
