Had a delivery from AO today. It was awkward and we hadn't done all our research but Jamie and Logan our delivery team were fantastic, polite friendly and with a totally can do attitude. I work in Customer Service and deal with feedback from deliveries when things dont go well, I would be very happy to let these lovely west country lads go to my most difficult customers knowing they would get the job done well

Very simple to reorder and great that I was able to order a new magnetic holder as I have recently moved house and left my old one behind

Quick delivery and nice product so far have given 4 as haven't had an opportunity to test the long term effectiveness

This was my first experience with relay, and it hasn't been great.

My parcel was delivered to the incorrect address, it's not the first time this has happened, as where we live can be confusing, and luckily I recognised the address from the images provided and had a family member at home who could retrieve the parcel.

However, this was done and reported 5 days ago, and I have only received a response today, which confirmed the incorrect delivery and suggested that we ask the neighbours if they still have it.

On the basis that you see the worth of a company in how they handle things when they go wrong, I honestly can't recommend.

The parcel arrived on time, but the driver didn't attempt to ring the doorbell ( we have a ring doorbell so have footage) and left a small light parcel, on the doorstop during storm Bert, by the time we retrieved it, it was halfway down the garden and soaking wet. It was small enough to have gone through the letterbox , but there are also multiple places immediately next to our front door where it could have been placed, often used by other couriers

Fabulous product that really does what it claims today and fits everyone, I am a size 26/28 with very long legs and not only do these tights fit without any issues at all but they All come in my size and last forever

I am looking forward to trying out more snag products

Only 4 stars as price point is high - understand why but makes it less accessible and could do with a super plus option to work perfectly for me

The experience we had with AO was largely very positive, we were kept well infomed about the delivery and the delivery itself was very impressive as the drivers had to lift a washing machine up a narrow flight of stairs at 7am and did so without any negativity at all.
The only sour note is the way in which the website directs you through creating a finance account. This is deliberately set up to offer only the interest bearing options immediately and feels very much like an attempt to fool the consumer into taking out an interest bearing product unnecessarily. It was sorted out with a quick phone call to customer service but I was left with the impression that this was a frequent occurence, which is a shame as it has lessened my trust overall.
