Extreme Fitness is a great company to purchase from, fast delivery & excellent communication before and after purchasing the Multi-flight machine. Paul was extremely helpful, would defiantly buy from them again.

Machine itself is even better than expected, faultless build quality, no wobbles or loose parts you would expect with a non commercial cable machine.

Only negative would be the instructions for installing the cables, no issue if you’ve done this before but for a first timer like me, took a long time and the one page of instructions on this part didn’t help.

All in all cannot rate the product itself highly enough for the price point.

Excellent service - great products at a fair price

I was initially sceptical about Extreme Fitness because their prices are so much lower than the big brands, but the equipment doesn’t feel cheap at all it’s genuinely high quality and the commercial equipment is next level.
I emailed them with questions and Paul replied within an hour, inviting me to visit their warehouse and try the machines in the upstairs showroom. I went along, met Vikram, who showed me around and clearly knew the equipment inside out. He was happy to answer every question I had.
After testing a few machines I went home and ordered five pieces. They delivered everything and I paid for the installation service which I wasn’t going to
And the missus said pay it you tight git!!! Which I’m so glad I did it was money very well spent. Do not skip the installation. The team fitted everything perfectly, cleaned up after themselves, and left no mess behind.
This is easily the best customer service I’ve experienced. I’ve bought from all the major companies before, and Extreme Fitness is in a different league. Such a professional and friendly team.

I found a really great cable machine on sale that could fit into the impossibly small place I have, and offers versatile exercises with the adjustable arms.
Paul was very helpful, answered my questions, helped me to choose the right machine, and my order was here within a couple of days.
The machine is very massive and working nicely. One of the attachments had some issue but as soon as contacted them, Paul called me back and sent a replacement right away, even before I could send the faulty ones back.
I can recommend this company to everyone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!

Extreme Fitness recently transformed my home gym, and I genuinely couldn't be happier with the result.

From my very first enquiry, nothing was ever too much trouble. Every request I had was accommodated, and the team went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, they kept me updated every step of the way, so I always knew what was happening.

The installation team was exceptional. They fitted 30mm gym flooring, assembled an EX-4000 Power Rack, installed a 2.5–30kg dumbbell set with rack, and organised 150kg of Olympic weights. Their attention to detail was outstanding. At every stage, they asked for my feedback, checked that I was happy with the positioning of each piece of equipment, and were more than willing to make adjustments until everything was exactly right.

The quality of the installation was first-class, and the finished gym looks fantastic. It's clear that Extreme Fitness genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and takes real pride in its work.

I cannot recommend Extreme Fitness highly enough. If you're looking for a company that delivers outstanding products, excellent communication, and first-class customer service, look no further.

One final piece of advice! If you're buying an EX-4000 Power Rack, I would absolutely recommend having their team install it. They know the equipment inside out, and the peace of mind is well worth it.

Fast delivery with a text to state when it was arriving. Only had a quick workout using the equipment but it feels very substantial. Best price I found for it online.
Overall, all seems positive.

Would have been 5 star but there was damage on the product. To be fair it was quick and easy to order the new part which was then delivered within 48 hours! Good quality product, awaits its first use.
