Great piece of equipment and fast delivery.

Great experience with EF. Got a really good deal on the EX5000, bumper plates, attachments and accessories and some other bits and pieces.

Delivery was split so I got some items straight away and then the rack was delivered the following month as it was on back order. Rather than dump the deliveries on a palette and leave you to it the driver helped me get everything into my garage on both occasions. Really helpful and appreciated! Used other UK based companies including Primal and had an absolute nightmare with deliveries so this was a very pleasant surprise.

The equipment is fantastic, rack is absolutely solid and made from quality components, coming from an old budget power rack the difference is night and day.

Only minor issue is something they’re aware of and addressing and that’s the instructions to build the rack, got plenty help and support from them including videos to follow so it’s all good.

Can’t recommend Exteme Fitness highly enough. Will definitely be going back to them for future products.

I ordered some of the six shooter plates on back order as they were out of stock (it was actually good to know that what I was ordering was so popular). Extreme Fitness kept me up to date throughout before the plates for my home gym arrived. They look great, they’re brilliant quality and I can’t recommend them enough. I’ll definitely be buying from Extreme Fitness again in future.

Both shipments arrived 2 days after ordering which was great, DPD delivered the plates and DX delivered the rest. All the parts were well packaged although a little beaten up on arrival but no missing items and no damage to equipment so no issues with that. Only gripe was the instructions are pretty hard to follow, found myself undoing a lot and having to redo because I missed a part that was meant to go in first or couldn't tell which bolt went in where, if you're setting one up yourself get the bolts in but wait until you know you've done it right before tightening everything up properly. A more granular step by step would be much better, the cables/pulley section of the installation guide is pure guess work. I also got the dip bar accessory too, seems a bit pricey for what it is but feels decent quality. Dips are a must have for me in an upper workout so all in all pretty good considering the space saved. Recently had a terrible experience from a different site so this was really refreshing, thank you. I will likely purchase from you again once I make some more room.

Ordered the Barbells, and received a call to confirm my order, due to a slight oversight of the colour options. Confirmed what I was after and withing a couple of days the barbells turned up. Excellent.

Paul was very helpful answering questions about the squat rack I wanted and helped me find an appropriately sized bar. Was very generous with discounts and even upgraded my bench for free. 10/10

The machine is a compact multi function cable machine and not a stand alone machine, so there is small compromise's to a stand alone specific machine, it’s solid, study and is a very high quality piece of kit (mostly laser cut) it’s also easy to put together.

I have been using it for a few weeks now and I’m very happy with it absolutely no regrets, it’s solid and the cable movements are very smooth
Only thing I would love for it to have would be its own seat instead of using my bench for lat pull downs!

Ordered a few items over the years, most recently a dual pulley tower. Delivered the next day, a couple of items were missed but Paul sorted it and got them to me the next working day. No complaints at all.

I ordered a Weight Lifting Barbell Bar, and after just one year, it started rusting and left my carpet dirty. I contacted the seller on Amazon but received no response. I do not recommend this product — it feels like a scam.

Really good experience, ordered the above and it was all delivered in 5 working days, including the team organising replacement bumper plates where the version I had ordered were out of stock, so my order wasn't delayed and I received an equivalent product. The rack took a couple of evenings to assemble which I managed to do mostly on my own. Really pleased with how the rack and pulley system looks and performs.

Just bought a great quality cable pulley machine complete with all attachments . Been researching different companies and products for months and finally chose extreme . Great success !!! Excellent customer service , great communication , high quality machine with quality pulley system at the best price . Would 100% reccomended this company . 👍👍👍

I was looking into getting a commercial level bench and had considered the rep 500. 2.0. Then I stumbled across what looked like the same bench but by extreme Fitness. It was a fraction of the price with only a very few non-important to me differences.

I used the 'ask a question' link on the site to enquire about delivery and recieved a reply very quickly. I then placed an order the morning of 23rd. I recieved the bench the morning of 24th, sent by Palletline. The bench is perfect and exactly as advertised. It is strong and sturdy. Stores upright as expected. I am very impressed with the communication, service, delivery and product quality.

Extremely nice customer service, I did order from them heavy weight vest, had troubles with delivery. but they helping, searching how to resolve issue fast. Great and nice! Got my product!

Had one slight breakage last week but Paul called me & confirmed he would send out replacement parts. A lot of gym kit companies have poor aftersales support but that is not the case here

I found Extreme Fitness through a YouTube ad that caught my eye for their squat racks with integrated cable pulley systems. After some shopping around, I was a little bit skeptical about the look of their website, but after reading other positive Trust Pilot reviews, I ended up ordering the Half Rack with 80kg Lat Pulldown/Low Row, the adjustable FID bench, 150kg bumper plate set (white edition), a black 7ft Olympic Barbell, a 28mm EZ bar, and 1.25kg and 2.5kg fractional plates. I ordered everything on a Wednesday. On the Thursday, I got a call from them asking if it was OK to deliver on Friday and by 4:45pm on the Friday, my shippment arrived. Super impressed with the delivery turnaround for so much kit and the driver was really friendly and attentive, helped get all of the equipment into my garage and had a nice chat.

Later that day I opened up some of the bumper plates and the EZ bar (which were all neatly and protectively packaged) and the quality was exactly what I'd expect from any commercial gym, absolutely no faults there. Finally, by Sunday my wife and I had time to start assembling the Half Rack and again, everything was great quality and felt like it is built to last. One minor niggle is the clarity of instructions, which aren't in any particular order, but showed how the whole half rack was assembled in two or three pages, which wouldn't be such an issue, but a few bolts were either not labelled on the packet or not labelled in the instructions. Despite this, once the bits that were labelled were assembled, it was easy enough to figure out which bolts went where towards the end.

Unfortunately, after unboxing, I noticed that the 2.5kg fractional plates I had ordered had not arrived (I signed off the shippment mistakingly assuming both 1.25 and 2.5kg fractional plates would be in the same box, which they weren't). The following Monday I emailed to say that I had not received them and I got both a response by email and a call the same day to say they'd ship them to me and they arrived on Tuesday. Again, sorted quickly went I'm really impressed with the customer support.

All in all, I'm really happy with the quality and price of the equipment I got from Extreme Fitness and the customer support has been great. There were some very minor niggles with the assembly instructions and one missing item in my order, but the former was easily got around and the latter was addressed very promptly. I would definitely recommend Extreme Fitness and would order from them again!

Bumper plates arrived slightly damaged (Thanks a lot DHL). However Extreme Fitness quickly responded and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Amazing customer service. Looking forward to future purchases.

Not used this company before and was a little apprehensive going straight in with a big purchase, (Leg press/hack squat machine). No need to worry, confirmation received straight away and the delivery firm were great and made contact to provide bespoke delivery slot. Equipment packaged perfectly and although instructions could be a bit better, (I’ve had a lot worse though) all went together perfectly.
The equipment is as good as you’d find in any top hotel gym and I think you’d have to shell out 2 to 3 times more to better.

Great company to buy from, have bought a few items from them now and always experience great customer service and fast delivery. If there are any problems then they are always happy to help and go out of their way to get the right resolution. Would highly recommend and will always go back. On top of that the equipment they have is really good quality and built to last.
