Such a great company
Such a great company. Their customer service is exceptional, so quick to respond even on a Sunday! The courier service lost a set of dumbbells and they immediately sent out another set. The equipment itself is also brilliant, it’s the only company I’ll buy from now for all things gym. Highly recommended and lovely people!

Great service, speedy delivery and well packaged. I am very happy with my purchases, my new dumbbells are excellent quality and were reasonably priced. I have already bought another Northern product and will continue to use them going forward.

Firstly, when I ordered this product it was twice rejected by the local courier so took multiple weeks. However, after emailing and the response from John, it was sent directly to my house instead. For the actual product, it’s very good and very good quality

Fantastic Customer Service
My order was despatched quickly but was delayed by the courier and two days after it should have arrived, the courier informed me that the sender had requested that the parcel be returned to them.
I contacted Northern Gym Equipment after 4 o'clock on a Friday so wasn't expecting a reply until the Monday. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Ryan before 5 o'clock to let me know that they hadn't asked the courier to return my parcel, and would arrange a replacement for me.
I also received a follow-up email from Carl early on the Saturday morning to say my order would be re-sent via a different courier to avoid any further delivery problems.
I'm very happy with the help I received, and would recommend this company for their first class customer service. Thank you very much 😊

I ordered a dumbell set and rack
After everything arrived I noticed I bought the wrong size rack. So decided to send the rack back. So followed the link to return which was very easy I must say. DHL picked up the rack the next day from my front door. simples!!!!
The only issue I had was there was no communication from DHL , no email saying that the rack has been picked up or no tracking number . But after speaking to Northern they sorted everything out in no time at all. And are refunding me ASAP!! Very pleased with there service and response to problems! Thanks again keep up the great service. 👍

I ordered 3 kettlebells…….
I ordered 3 kettlebells on their 3 for 2 offer, and they sent the first 2 via DHL, which arrived the very next day. The third, ‘free’ kettlebell was sent by Evri and this was never ‘picked up’ by Evri according to their tracking. I emailed the company and they responded the next day that Evri was just slow in updating their system…this went on for a further 4 days, with Northern stating that Evri had the package and they were in discussions with them to move them along. After a week another person answered my email requesting a refund, with the decision to send it out again via DHL. This one arrived 4 days later, so all good. The kettlebells are excellent, but whether something dodgy was going on with Northern or Evri I will never know. Not sure if I would buy from them again due to the hassle, but the items are good and I eventually got them………..

Evri lost my parcel and I had no luck with their customer support. I contacted Northern Gym Equipment’s support email and they are very prompt with replying. I was able to get a replacement within 3 days. Items I ordered were good quality and great price
