I received brilliant customer service from Manish and Harshita. I bought gym mats and a cable pulley machine and although the instructions can be improved, the prices are competitive so felt better putting the equipment together. There was a package missing through no fault of the company and one part. However, Manish and Harshita was always on point always ready with quick communication, action and lighting fast problem solving. I would definitely use this company again because I know they wont fob me off following a purchase. Thanks guys

Excellent customer service when things didn't go to plan

I recently purchased a large home gym package from Strongway, including a multi-gym, weights, bench and a leg press/hack squat machine.

The equipment I received is good quality and offers excellent value for money. One point worth mentioning is that the assembly instructions for the Multi-gym could certainly be improved. They can be quite difficult to follow at times, so I would recommend allowing plenty of time and patience when building the equipment, a colour booklet would have helped immensely.

Unfortunately, when I eventually began unpacking and assembling everything I had ordered, it became apparent that the separately listed leg press/hack squat machine had not been delivered.

After contacting Strongway, the matter was taken seriously and investigated thoroughly by their customer care and delivery teams. Although the machine could not ultimately be located, I was impressed by the way the issue was handled from start to finish.

Communication was prompt, professional and transparent throughout, with updates even being provided over the weekend. At every stage I felt the team genuinely wanted to resolve the matter fairly and keep me informed of progress.

A special thank you to Manish and the Strongway customer care team for their patience, professionalism and courtesy. Whilst it was disappointing not to receive the missing machine, the issue was investigated properly and a refund was arranged without any unnecessary complications.

Customer service is often judged when something goes wrong rather than when everything goes right, and on that basis I cannot fault the way Strongway handled this situation.

I would happily purchase from Strongway again in the future and would recommend them to others looking to build a home gym.

Great communication and tracking for delivery.

Delivery was very quick, the multi gym came within a few days. The driver was very friendly. I spent a good day assembling the gym/smith machine and it looks good quality and well built. My only slight criticism is that the instructions are very poor, I am good at these sort of thing, some people may struggle. Great piece of kit though

Ordered the cable crossover machine. Instructions were pretty straight forward and took around 4hours to build with my son. The quality is very good, its very smooth and sturdy. All in all very happy and good value. Would definitely recommend 👌🏽.

Very quick delivery and was kept informed all the way until the items were delivered.

Had a broken part outside of warranty. Quick response from Harshita who helped me get a replacment part order with no fuss.

Order was short one item; contacted them and Manish was most apologetic. Missing item arrived some three working day later. Packaging left a bit to be desired as some was in a bad state of repair although items undamaged. Overall pleased with my purchase and would consider them again if I needed something else.
