Fast delivery with a text to state when it was arriving. Only had a quick workout using the equipment but it feels very substantial. Best price I found for it online.

With them being a large company it can be difficult to get through to the right person but once you do, their actual employees are fantastic. I had a burst water pipe that was technically on my property which means it's my issue yet they repaired it. Dan Ford, Jack Briscoe amd Ben melaugh were the crew that helped me. Extremely polite, fast work, talked me through the process explained it to neighbours. They made a nightmare situation fine and it's probably the best service I've ever got from a company. If everyone treated other people like this the world would be a better place.
I'm very glad I'm with severn trent water today.
