Our purpose is to offer you free, honest and independent advice on which plan best suits your needs, whether it be the cheapest deal, energy type, contract or no contract, we will find you the perfect plan. Then to top it all off once you're happy with our recommendation, we'll sort all the paperwork out for you and arrange the set up. Then all you have to do is wait for your next meter reading or move in date and your new supplier will take over the billing. The best thing is you don't pay a thing for our service, you have a 10 business day cooling off period if you're a little unsure, and if you're happy with the arrangement you'll be on your way to cheaper electricity and gas.

Firstly during almost the entire conversation we could hear a second conversation in the background.
Secondly the recordings played were so fast and detailed that there was no way we could really consider what was being said. We are assuming that the electricity and gas will be switched to us and the details of the plans can be examined when they are provided
