Useless and such a waste of money for…
Useless and such a waste of money for salaries what get paid for these people’s who working on these places. I ask to connect my electricity on 3rd but, i got the keys on 4th. So i didn’t have access to the house to turn off the main switch. And i went the place and hand over the old place key. When i got in there there’s no electricity. I didn’t got any text, call, or e mail about i’m not having my electricity. I spent the weekend without electricity with my small kids. What people who working there doing ? Just sitting on chairs ?????

Very informative conversation was about to change from origin gas due to lack of help to a 20 year plus customer origin rep in Mumbai couldn’t have been less helpful. On the other hand Baxter from GS was great suggested staying and implemented a huge $$ bonus much appreciated will change soon have already changed to a different electricity provide. Origin Energy got the house number…
Origin Energy got the house number wrong. I don't know how this occurred; whether via GoSwitch or Origin. Either way, I'm not impressed. Origin are now asking for lots of extra stuff from me (date of birth etc, even asking me to PHOTOGRAPH MY METER AND SEND PHOTO TO THEM). I HAVE REFUSED AND WILL CANCEL ORIGIN IF NOT QUICKLY RESOLVED.
