Dean was on top of his game and was recommending the plan I eventually changed to even before I had finished explaining our situation to him. He had considered the best option for someone with a large battery and extensive solar panel setup even before he made the call. Well done.

Helpful, understood what I wanted

Go switch cares, if you are already on the best plan they will tell you, if not they quickly request a change. Yesterday I called and Dean helped me get better rates for gas and electricity and it's not the first time Dean helped, thanks Dean for making it easy for me to switch without trying to work out which company to change to.

I dealt solely with a young representative named Joel, his knowledge of the intricate rates for both Electricity and gas supply etc where excellent and explained thoroughly. I was that impressed I had a neighbour phone him the next day to have her gas supply and costings updated. 10/10 for Joel.

The consultant made the experience easy and it's not easy to change companies when you're not sure what you're doing so Go Switch made it easy.

The person I spoke to was well informed and listened to what I was asking about the potential switch of providers.

Go Switch recommended a company called 1st Energy.
Exactly one month after signing up with 1st Energy I received an email telling me my rates where increasing (with 9 days notice). The new rates basically put me on same rates as I was originally.
What a shonk!!! What a waste of time!!!

Mariz introduced me to some good offers, was very product knowledgeable and I'm hoping to benefit financially from accepting her sincere advice
