Despite I provided all the time needed…
Despite I provided all the time needed and provided all the information. I was told your GAS connection is setup and I got email from AGL as well about it but then AGL sent another message, saying we cannot locate the meter, please call. When I called AGL, they said, sorry the previous agent (GoSwitch) agency could not connect for GAS and they did only electricity. I had to go spent 45 again on the phone to re-do and re-explain everything.

Poor technical skills
I was advised I could sign up via a link sent to me. The link was dead.
I was in the process of signing up directly with the energy supplier via browser chat but received a call from you and was asked to do it through the call to get the credit. I was happy to oblige and signed up over the phone.
I got a call today from the supplier saying it didnt work and I needed to do it again, delaying my connection day.
