Steve took the trouble to make me the most beautiful tennis bracelet in a size and alloy that I needed. It is delicate and yet sturdy at the same time, and the diamonds look wonderful. The bracelet arrived right on schedule and was housed in a plain charcoal box which I thought was elegant, and tasteful. I am delighted to support this small Australian business and will continue to return whenever we are able. Thank you Steve.

Eco Lab Diamonds were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
They worked with me on the design and repair of my beautiful ring and somehow managed to make the whole process both interesting and fun. They patiently explained things like cut, clarity and what actually makes one diamond better than another — which was very helpful because apparently there is a little more to diamonds than simply choosing the sparkliest one!
What really stood out, though, was the personal service. They were fast, friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly responsive. I could send a message and, more often than not, have a reply within minutes — from an actual real person who knew what I was talking about and genuinely wanted to help. A rare and wonderful thing these days!
Nothing ever felt too difficult or too much trouble. They listened to what I wanted, offered sensible advice and kept me involved throughout the whole process.
And the best part? My ring is absolutely beautiful.

I absolutely adore my engagement ring. Steve was incredibly helpful and communication was exceptional. Given my ring was my own design, I was always a tiny bit nervous that it wasn’t going to turn out like I had imagined but in fact it is even better than I hoped. It arrived with IGI certification. It was a little too big (my own fault as I requested the size) but Steve immediately arranged for it to be resized at no charge.
