I don’t buy shoes often but when I do they are Ecco’s my wife lives in sandals
So I bought my wife her first pair and she loves them .Great for walking and hiking all summer.

These shoes are very comfortable and waterproof. They look good on a trail as well as in a trail !!! Including the pairs I bought in London, I now have 4 pairs. This is how much I love them !!!

Great shoes, well made

I first bought ECCO shoes in 1990 and they were the only shoes I ever wore that did not raise blisters or give me sore toes.My recent purchase of ECCO Track is my sixth pair of them.I have had other styles but always come back to the Track style.The only problem that happens for me is the backs break eventually and the foam rubber underneath protrudes even though I always use a shoehorn,other than that I will never buy another brand of shoes as I never need to try them on as they always fit perfectly.I walk great deal.

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with directly! I bought two pairs of sandals from the Ecco website on the 13th of July. I returned one pair as the style didn't suit me. Several weeks later awaiting my refund confirmation they have taken another payment for the same sandals. They then refunded this payment the following day. I am still waiting for my original refund! I will never in a million years order from this company directly. I would recommend purchasing Ecco products via Amazon as I have done for many years. I hope my comments are helpful.

True to size, beautifully made. High quality. Most importantly very comfy

I'm very pleased. The shoes are extremely comfortable. The sole is very flexible. The legs are always rested and unsweetened. These shoes are amazing!!

Find the sandals comfortable, not true of all makes of sandals.

I was sent 2 different sizes sandals - returned them and the refund process takes forever, far longer than competitors

Very disappointing experience with ECCO’s online store. The original order was already significantly delayed, and now the return and refund process is taking an unreasonably long time as well.

I contacted GLS myself and then provided ECCO with the tracking information and details of the issue. Instead of addressing my specific questions or investigating the delays with the carrier, customer service simply referred to their 10–12 business day processing time and asked me to wait.

It is surprising that a process other online retailers manage within a few days can take weeks or even months with ECCO.

I like ECCO products, but considering that they are not made in the EU and based on this experience with their online store, I see little reason to buy directly from ECCO. I would choose another retailer instead.

Bought these sandals specifically for the suede leather which is very comfy and gentle to the feet.
Keep in mind that these are not meant for long walks. Also take notice of stitching from the back of the straps because it may scratch your fingers which is never good.
Other than that no problems.

More or less got what was expecting. Ecco quality is holding its ground.

I bought several pairs of ECCO about 10 years ago - they were/are all outstanding comfort and quality but now needed to be replaced. I recently bought ECCO BYWAY as a start- the ordering process was easy but first thing I noticed was how cheap the packaging box was. I still have the boxes from 10 years ago and they were far better quality so that was disappointing. The shoes are nice but they just don't have the same feel, style or quality about them which is a shame. I really don't understand why premium manufacturers like ECCO cheapen their products - it's such a false economy as I probably won't buy again.

Couldn't find better quality and comfort my third pair

The shoes are incredibly comfortable. It’s the first pair of normal Ecco shoes I’ve bought, I’ve had a number of pairs of golf shoes over the years so I knew about the quality and comfort of Ecco. I would definitely buy again and fully recommend anyone to buy them.
