Been ripped off a couple few times now and can’t get hold of eBay if your life depended on it PayPal no longer cover the buyer although they say they do so all up 1300 ripped off plus a few small ones
Anything you guy on eBay now you can buy on Chinese sites so I have deleted eBay scc punt and my PayPal account never ever again at least with credit card your covered not paypal

This is the worst company ever. I ordered a punching bag from last punch Inc. On eBay they said they delivered it but it never came. So I contacted the seller they said we don't have any records of you buying anything. I said really because you took the money out of my account Days later nothing. I contacted eBay after an hour on the phone. The gentleman told me they were going to process a refund 10 Days later. No refund from eBay. No product from the seller. I called eBay back. A new customer service agent told me they had to investigate the claim. Another 7 days. No money, no product garbage business. I run a business that was dealing with eBay frequently 15 employees. I told them all delete your eBay accounts. We will never ever again be using eBay. We are now using strictly Amazon eBay is obsolete. Every one of them deleted done with eBay

Why are companies sell China goods that don't work with Australia standards and all electrical products are useless. Kogan is the way, due to it being good standards on electric goods in Australia. I purchased a air conditioner, a generator that can't even boil a jug, selling pitch itcanrun 8 items and fail boiling a jug.

Your Ai is the worst. They do not have the ability to transfer a call, and that's when I have a special escalation phone number. You Ai system sucks!

Horrible .. I’m also a seller and this buyer was to ship my item 3 wks ago yet eBay is making me wait another 3 days for my money when I purchased the item 3 wks ago and they’ve ghosted their account .. eBay really sucks and I’m don’t and closing my account

Terrible service! I lost my job a few months ago and got roped into opening an eBay store with a guy who has since stopped communicating with me. Owes me like 1-200 dollars from -500+ transferring over. Probably never see it. But immediately after I send that to him eBay takes the last 20 dollars that was in my account, which was never approved to be used for paying eBay debts. That was supposed to come out of sales. Literally about to be homeless, I sold an item Friday evening and shipped it the following morning. It arrived Monday to the buyer. These people really took their cut of me selling my item, and because originally I was told I had to wait until it arrived, I borrowed 20 dollars to ship priority (came out to 19.01/20.. item arrives Monday and they really have the nerve to post on there that my money won’t be available until the 27th. If they ever pay me, that will be the last time I ever deal with this company. Absolutely horrible experience. It is good for linking you to buyers. Aside from that it is horrible. Marketplace is better. Items may take longer to sell sometimes but at least you aren’t expected to come out of pocket and wait over a week for your money. These people are sick!

Why when you phone ebay customer service do they just read back to you what the site tell you and shows you.
The tracking lately has just gone from bad to worse.

I've been dealing with ebay for over 30 years, primarily for buying. Recently I've had to sell a few items and I will NEVER sell anything on ebay again. I recently sold 2 items totalling $340......ebay charged me $96 selling fees. Total ROBBERY. No way of contacting a real person, only AI assistance. Total bs

eBay has brain dead authenticators for their high end items. I was selling an authentic pair of designer shoes that I had authenticated by a third party before I listed them and included the certificate of authenticity when I sent the shoes to eBay's authenticators and they said they were fake and canceled my sale. I then went back to the third-party I used and told them what happened and they sent them to another company to authenticate and they came back real again. I told eBay, but they didn't care. They said what their authenticators say stands, then they had the audacity to send me an email saying I was selling counterfeit items. Just for my own peace of mind I then sent the shoes to a third authenticator and they came back real for a third time. So all in all the shoes were authenticated 4 times and three came back real and eBay came back fake .. they are morons .. I will never sell another thing on eBay if they paid me to do it. Worst company ever!!

I purchased an antique dresser for $500 from t-ann_treasures on eBay and paid $500 to ship it to Houston. The measurements described by seller were 52" wide by 48" high. Actual measurements were 43" wide by 38" high. Big difference. Seller admitted she erred but said I had a valuable piece. I don't care about the value because I intended to USE it. Seller eventually offered to reimburse me $237.50 or return the dresser at my cost - another $500. I suggested we both forfeit $500. She withdrew her offer. I complained to eBay which said to return it at my $500 expense. So I'm stuck with a dresser too small to hold planned contents. Shame on t-ann_treasures and eBay.

I am a 72 year old Vet who does business with EBay. I have never had a problem until I filled out an application to sell something. I was told that I was suspended. I had to talk to their attorney and it was going to cost $150.00 to appeal. I didn’t do anything wrong. Now I can’t even get in touch with them. Delete your app.

They don't disclose the "hidden" transaction fee. I am out a lot of money, which is something not planned for. I will not be using ebay again. They are. It transparent or helpful. Even Facebook Market place is better and that is saying something.

they suddently blocked my 16yo+ account and ask for photo ID to unlock it to see if i am an adult. ive been buying stuff on there for as long as the site existed. i tried to contact them, no email anywhere. i ended up speaking on the phone with somebody using a cowbow voice changer. they told me he coudnt do anything.

i refuse DigitalID.

Its non-existent!! They have setup a chat bot that doesn't work and there is no way of actually communicating with a real human! There is no email address that you can send your issue or complaint to! In this day and age, it's ridiculous that they are even allowed to run an auction site without any way of contacting a real person!

I had purchase rams, that was NOT posted in the seller's ad they were for servers, I refused the package, this seller has not refunded my money, the seller's name starts with Mara.83 - how long do I have to wait to get my money back, the seller should have posted these are for servers which the seller didn't do so. so that means the seller is at fault.

I bought Korean bbq sauce and was sent miso ginger marinade. Ebay is the worst. Do not use ebay for anything. I've used them 3 times only once was I sent the right thing. Look at there trustpilot reviews 1.3. What does that say about a company

The delivery took way longer than expected, and I was really hoping to get it sooner. Not sure if I'll order again.

So sick of typing out the whole story, especially cause they obviously couldn't care less about their reputation or they'd actually address some of their millions of unresolved complaints. Best i can summarize mine is they have been holding MY money hostage for over 3 weeks now. For absolutely no reason. Sold my items, packed and shipped on time, delivered early, positive feedback and zero issues. As a seller for over 16 years I've had zero complaints or issues, and 100% positive feedback on both sides. Now their new Ai system determines if you're worthy of getting your own money, and apparently I'm not. Spoke with three different "customer service" representatives now which all took me at least an hour of manipulating the automated system to finally connect me to a person. First two I could barely understand their English. One sounded like he was even driving a car. Third was a supervisor that took another hour to talk to, and he told me sorry we cant manually release YOUR money, and sorry you're struggling, this economy is tough on a lot of people. I said I am not struggling because of the economy, I am struggling because I sold items totalling over $500 dollars for a little extra bill money. But, now that they have refused to give me MY money, my accounts have gone into the negative, accumulated hundreds of dollars in overdraft and daily late fees and will continue until the 27th apparently is when MY money will finally be available. A whole month and 3 days after my items were delivered to their buyers. AND EBAY JUST DOES NOT CARE....
