The product didn't work for my dog but the company had amazing feedback and support. Refunding the total amount as stated if product didn't work for my pup. That is a great company!

My dog like many others has been scratching and biting for a while. We go to the vet get antibiotics and prednisone, he improves. No scratching, biting and hair coming out. After the course of meds is done and out of his system he is miserable again. I decided to give Bloompet a try. I have had some questions and emailed them. I had a very quick response. They were extremely professional, very courteous and nice. They answered my questions and put my mind at ease. I give this customer service an exceptional rating. Thank you Bloompet for being so helpful and nice.

It might be starting to subside but I’m also giving my dog Benadryl twice a day as she still has bouts of licking and scratching.

I didn't even get past the order process.Buy 2 get one free for $40 mysteriously doubled during process. I exited right there. If it seems to be to good to be true IT IS

He is not scratching as much. His energy is up. So far it's working. I give him one dropperful a day. He likes that better. So we will see how it goes.

I paid for 2 bottles get 1 free only received the bottles i paid for Not the Free one!!!
I haven't seen a change yet my dog is still scratching and chewing herself day and night ..fur is so thin on half of her body now and sore!!!.

I used 3 bottles on my dog, and nothing has changed. He is still scratching as much as he did before we started this. I think you're a Hokes company praying off the people that are trying to help their pets get relief from the dry skin. I wish you wouldn't give us high expectation then you get rich from the poor. that is trying everything to help their loving pets.

Really too early to tell. There mite be some less licking and scratching going on, am thankful that he at least will eat his food with the medicine on it. Things i've tried in the past, he hates the taste. Wouldn't eat it.

I am noticing less scratching and he is fuller of energy.

I ordered this product and hope that it would help my one dog from scratching and having allergy issues but unfortunately for her and my other two dogs didn’t not help but the customer service was exceptional and made everything right, even though it didn’t work for us.

Skin looks a lot better and no redness at all . Itching minimized quite a bit . Had to incorporate antibiotics which helped immensely. Hair growing back slowly . He has more energy now and playing .

I used the wrong address and my order was cancelled right away upon request. Very fast and efficient! Thank you!

This is the most honest company. They keep there word. Very compassionte with each case. They work with you until you are satisfied completely. Very friendly. The shipping was fast and packed perfect. I have not ran across any company like this one. You have no worries on doing bussines with this company.

When I received my order, one of the bottles was damaged. I contacted Customer Support and they offered to replace my damaged bottle at no charge. It was delivered in a timely manner. This product is already helping my dog and I highly recommend it.

Second order looks very different. Not the same product!!

Unfortunately the product did not help my dog but I rate 4 stars because of the good service given when I requested a refund. I have had bad experiences with similar dog product suppliers but am happy to say that on this occasion my request was dealt with promptly and fairly

My issue is with the subscription and not allowing me to change how often I get the product. They encourage you to purchase more bottles by offering incentives. My first purchase was for two bottles and getting a third bottle free which was great. However, I have a 7 pound Yorkie who doesn’t need two or three bottles per month. I have other subscriptions for products for my dog that notify me in advance that my next order will be shipping soon. If I don’t need the product yet I can bump the shipping date to come at a later date. This company simply sent me an email stating my next shipment has been sent. I messaged them and stated that I didn’t need any yet and was there a way I could adjust the subscription. Their response was it was too late to stop this shipment. I totally understood that and would keep the product, but again asked couldn’t they notify me ahead of time and where and how can I fix this for future shipments. They responded by telling me they cancelled my subscription! Hardly what I would expect from a reputable company!

Their customer service was top notch. It went extremely smoothly and they acted immediately to resolve my issue. Thank you 😊

I would definitely purchase from this company.

We tried the BloomPet however our dog was not having it. We tried straight from the dropper like a treat and she took it the first time. The second time she actually ran from me and hid behind a chair. Then we tried it in her favorite food and she actually refused to eat anything even when we didn’t have it in her food we had to gain her trust back to eat again. She just didn’t like the taste. They did make good on the refund after I contacted customer service.
