I didn't realise that when I purchased a perfume in February 2026, it automatically meant, I am signing up for a membership!! Who wants to sign up for a membership, when buying a perfume?? I have just noticed months later that every month I am charged with the membership fee. When I emailed and requested a cancellation, nothing happened. I definitely NOT recommend to shop there.

Placed 2 small orders with them and they made major mistakes with both! First order they sent 3 less units of an item and second time 4 less! The first time they claimed they would send replacements and sent a fake tracking number and second time when I complained they had the audacity to say to "watch my tone!". These guys are crooks of the highest order!

Charged me for the subscription that I do not subscribe to. Scammers.

Ordered something over 6 weeks ago, never arrived. Also, in the small print, once you make an order you are automatically subscribed to a membership fee of £9.95 each month. Will never use again.

An update after this company took 2 lots of money fm my account for a subscription i didnt know i had.
I informed my bank who blocked them fm taking more then got the 2 payments back. So,pursue it because you can get your money back. The company are the scum of the earth.

If you purchase an item from this company, you're automatically enrolled on their subscription service. This is not clear during the buying process, and I only noticed when the company tried to take payment a month later. This is a very shady tactic, and clearly a scam. Any auto-enrollment to subscriptions should be clearly defined and stated during and before committing to buy an item on the website. This is not the case for this company.

Appear to have signed me up for a subscription. Waiting to hear back as to whether they will refund.

I love this website it is easy to navigate lots of fantastic products and swift delivery as for the membership I order then cancel no problem at all always excellent communication and swift response as a returning customer these things matter

Fraudcompany! They have been charging me double "membership" for several months! Noticed and cancelled my membership in january. Since then I have been trying to get my money back, but it seems hopeless. Their "customerservice" dosent answer on phone or e-mail. They have also made an new withdraw even after the cancellation! WARNING! I will make a policereport for fraud!

I need to join the crowds. I ordered a Christmas gift for my son, and as mentioned by others, did not read the lengthy text in the end of the order confirmation. This caused me to lose 14,95€ monthly as I did not read my credit slip carefully enough. It's a small enough payment to be easily missed. I will not encourage people to use this service. They do not clearly mention this clause when making the purchase.

ZERO star if I could! Be very careful this is a subscription service I never realised as not made very clear. I payed 15 euro for the last 3 months not knowing this. Has to get my bank involved to cancel this. Scammers.

Stay away from this company.
I was unknowingly signed up for a paid membership that was not clearly shown at checkout or even in my order confirmation/payment breakdown. The membership information was buried in tiny print under “Terms of Use.”
I immediately emailed support to cancel and block any further payments, yet they charged me again the following month under a different company name.
In my experience, these practices are extremely misleading and feel fraudulent. Do not buy from this company.

I made purchase once and since been deducted three times now I tried to cancel the two other payments but no reliable customer service contact. Please refund my money and cancel whatever transaction 🙏

Received 3 out of 5 items purchased, and 1 of them was the wrong item. It's not the first time either, but thought it was an honest mistake previously. Tried to contact them both times, no answer. Basically the prices are cheaper because they won't fulfil all the orders. It's probably just bad management, but it feels like a scam. Better pay a bit more and get what you paid for.

This company uses a misleading subscription model that violates EU consumer law.

Under Article 7(2) of the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, it is a misleading omission if a trader "hides material information or provides it in an unclear, unintelligible, ambiguous or untimely manner."

Hiding a recurring subscription behind unclear terms is illegal. I did not give explicit consent for recurring charges, and refusing a refund violates consumer rights.

I placed an order for 1 product. Without clearly noticing I singed up for a subscribtion of 14,95 per month.
The only thing you notice is that the take it of your bank but the never send an email about your subscribtion.

this company commits technical fraud. They will let you order and claim that the order requires a "membership" which they claim is mentioned in your shopping basket. However no such thing exists. Once you have paid and get an order confirmation with payment breakdown, you still won't see the hidden membership fee in it. They have in extremely small letters that your membership payment is under the title "Terms of Use". This is a straight up fraud and stay away from this company
