I wish it would have been delivered faster (12 days) and i had to pick it up from post office despite paying €10 for shipping, also disappointed that the package didn’t include any free samples.

the Saie bag arrived defective/damaged
Dear Cult Beauty Team,
I received my order today, but unfortunately, the Saie bag arrived defective/damaged inside the delivery box.
Upon inspecting the bag, I noticed several visible defects, including uneven and poorly finished stitching along the seams, with areas where the stitching appears loose and incomplete. There are also visible imperfections in the material and finishing of the bag. I have attached photos clearly showing these issues for your review.
I would appreciate it if you could arrange a replacement for the damaged item.

Taking advantage of their clients
Though everything has arrived exactly as I've ordered, I'm really furious with company's delivery policy. It's pay to the legal entity in Germany, the parcel arrives from Netherlands and still they charge me 10 euros for delivery (it used to be zero!) claiming that there're charges for delivering to Europe. As far as I see everything from payment to delivery was handled in Europe. That's probably the point where I'll say goody to cult beauty, because this is absolute cheating and just taking advantage of your clients using the laws which do not apply to the situation as an excuse. Shame on you!
