I ordered a fragrance in mid-july when it was the summer goodie bag. It is September and I still haven’t got it. They have sent it out 3 times with the worst courrier company, and after the 3rd time, and countless emails, they gave me a refund,because the courrier company declared it lost or destroyed. So after almost 2 months, I was waiting,no money, no fragrance just to receive a refund, with a very lame explanation. Then I ordered the fragrance again, asking specifically to use a different courrier company because obviously this doesn’t delivers packages. I must say I have never encountered this situation with any other websites and courrier companies. And guess what ? It’s the same situation.. the courrier company said it’s lost or destroyed and the cult beauty team sent me a “replacement” using for the 5th time that courrier company. It’s been almost 2 months and I still do not have that fragrance, no goodie bag… just a loads of emails from a bunch of customer service working people who really don’t read my emails or just don’t understand it. I used to love this website and was always my favorite for anything beauty related, but this is just off-putting the whole shopping experience.

I’ve been ordering from Cult Beauty for many years with no issues. However they’ve added a new courier which has given me such an awful experience. I think it was free next day delivery for me. I felt it only right to complain somehow as although I will eventually get a refund, I won’t be able to order again as I’m not sure I’ll ever receive my parcels. Please be warned!
The courier is Zippd that deliver through Uber. And they deliver in the night. Originally I got a message from Uber telling me about a delivery, but I ignored it, assuming it was a scam. Only to find out the next day through Cult Beauty that the delivery will be from Uber. Then I got a message saying it was cancelled. They next attempt, I got the same message. I cancelled plans to stay in as they said I had to physically receive the parcel.
I actually kept the tracking open and saw where my parcel was, the issue was there was no drivers accepting the pick up.
I then got a driver who gave me a ring “Uber Eats”, and he was confused. I explained it was a courier delivery and relatively small. He seemed to understand and I could track him making his way to the “depot”. Then nothing. After staying awake and waiting, the delivery was cancelled. And they tried to find another driver until giving up and saying that I need to pick it back up with Cult Beauty.
So tell me based on this how I can ever trust a delivery from this company again? When even the drivers are unaware, I can’t pick up the parcel, and you’re delivering at night in person. Awful to think this partnership was ever agreed. I feel extremely let down.
