I wasn't satisfied with the report due to the lack of information. I wanted a fully payback and the cutomer sevice accepted my request. Service was 100%.

Terrible service
The first time I used them they had no information on my import vehicle even though its been in the country 10 years. I tried again with a UK car and a cat S accident was missed off the report so I was lucky I had decided to get a HPI also. When I complained about this I was refused a refund. Crap service

CarVerticl will not verify or provide the source from which reasonably questionable information regarding possible accident damage in their report comes from.
They incorrectly sight Lithuanian GDPR for not providing reasonably requested verification when asked for it. Which does not cross reference with their own T&C’s and is contradictory.

makes buying a car safer
Very good service. Showed me that a car i was considering buying had been assessed for £6500 damage on the front corner, but as it wasn't categorised id have never know. And tbf the seller didnt know either. Always use it if you're buying a car, its worth every penny

Car Report.
Easy to obtain the report I wanted. The report was very detailed and flagged up an accident I was not informed about by the seller. I had hoped there would be pictures of the car before and after the accident repair. No pictures on the report and an estimate of the cost of the repairs was given. They estimated where on the car the repairs were.All in all a good report. Could give more details in some areas. I would use car Vertical again.
