Very professional and helpful customer service. Sarah sorted out the problem quickly. I would 100 % recommend this company.
I had a great experience with CarJudge! Their reports are very detailed, clear, and informative, providing all the information you need to make a confident decision when buying your next car. Their customer service is also excellent — professional, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions. Overall, a very reliable service that I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a thorough car inspection report. Highly recommended!
First and foremost: This company gets you on the hook with 5€ vin reports and then locks in a subscription 7 days later you never asked for or EXPLICITLY agreed too. Sadly the report is mediocre at best, it could only tell me that its not stolen wich I did not need this service for.
Now the actual problem is that I got a 30€ charge that I never agreed too. 5€ actually seems like a good amount for a vin report. Even though it’s doesn’t say a lot of new things about the car. But probably somewhere in the little sentences somewhere it says that it’s a subscription model. How many people actually need monthly vin reports apart from used car flippers/dealerships? For the everyday user this is a dystopian subscription model.
I cancelled the subscription right away and wrote a really respectful report to ask for a refund.
The website claims it’s a under one hour response time. Wich it’s not.
I don’t know if the money this company gets out of locking in a subscription model you don’t need, ask or explicitly agree to is really worth all the negative backlash.
I am willing to change my report into a positive if my refund situation is handled.

I paid approximately 15 RON on October 21, 2026, to access a single vehicle history report.
Seven days later, CarJudge automatically renewed my subscription for 152.95 RON.
I cancelled my subscription on November 1 and contacted customer support by email, requesting cancellation and cancellation of the outstanding invoice. I received no response.
Despite this, on November 3, CarJudge placed a 152.95 RON authorization on my bank card.
I have not used any of the four reports included in the renewed subscription.
Your website advertises a 14-day money-back guarantee. I contacted you within that period.
I am requesting an immediate reversal of the pending authorization, or a full refund if the payment has already settled.
I have already contacted my bank and filed a payment dispute.
Please resolve this matter and contact me directly. I can provide all supporting evidence.
