CarSupermarket.com Barnsley was a great experience because we were made feel welcome from the moment we entered the building. A clean, bright, relaxing environment. Lewis ORourke, customer advisor, was very approachable and helpful. He was patient and considerate and went out of his way to answer our questions and explain things. We also spoke with two managers on separate occasions who were very pleasant. We are very happy with our new car and are confident we will be well looked after.

Purchasing my car was quick and easy, within a week, payment was made, the vehicle was moved to my nearest site for easy collection. Staff were helpful and informative. Thank you to Abdul for all the quick admin work and chasing to have everything in place around my availability. And also a thank you to John, for handing over the vehicle and making sure everything was find. I spotted a minor issue with the vehicle and got it sorted straight away.

Fantastic service from Courtney @ the Birmingham branch for completing a Part Ex and collection on a newer vehicle. Great communications and professional service. Every part of the journey was transparent and the sales process was not pushy. They are currently offering a LOVE IT or RETURN it one their cars which is great for peace of mind. Very helpful and friendly staff. There was a slight problem with something on the car and they sorted it straight away and gave me a courtesy car.

Great customer service. The company make the whole experience stress free. There was a mix up on the price of the vehicle I was buying but it was soon sorted and I was given some extra off my trade in vehicle for the inconvenience. Very honest and answered all questions even phoning the vehicle manufacturer to check if there were any recalls on the car as I was concerned. The salesperson went to the Post Office to tax the car for me while I waited at the dealership as it couldn't be done online.

There was no hard sales, it was very relaxed and stress free and Lewis was very honest and trustworthy
