Vertu Nissan Ilkeston.
Went to Nissan Ilkeston for a new Qashqai and could not have been treated better. Was made to feel welcome by all the staff members.
Ordered the new car and nothing was to much trouble for them, they kept me informed all the way through the process until I took delivery.

Visited last Friday afternoon, found car I liked then Did test drive. Drove away in it on following afternoon.
Kin was good and patient in meeting my communication needs by writing down, visual aids and used some gestures. 10/10.
I recommended a friend who then visited the show on following day. She is considering a part exchange when she next visit with her son soon.

long wait for delivery. staff we're very slow and limited with information. we have motability car perhaps if they were selling a car to us they might have be a bit more infusiast. we've had motability car with nissan for the last 9 years maybe the complacency is due to this. we will definitely consider other dealers next renewal

My Fiesta failed it's MOT requiring…
My Fiesta failed it's MOT requiring significant expenditure to resolve. Within a couple of hours I had a replacement vehicle available to drive away. Outstanding customer service from all invovled. Stuart offered unbiased and helpful advise about my old car & Sam was able to arrange the purchase of the Focus in a friendly, open and honest manner. I would definitely recommend.

Our sales representative was very thorough.
Our sales representative was very polite, very informative and helpful. He took us step by step through everything and we found it an easy experience.
When picking up the car again everything was explained thoroughly and we drove away feeling very good and excited with our purchase.

Communication was not great
Communication was not great, I sent emails but didn’t hear back , when the V5 arrived it was in the wrong name. The car its self was great, the preparation was excellent but the sales side wasn’t the best it was disappointing.
