Brilliant, from start to finish. Good communication with me throughout and excellent staff.

Got in touch with dealers through Car-wow. Arranged a test drive, loved the car, but dealership indifferent and slightly arrogant. Was contacted by another dealership who were very customer friendly, offered much better trade in against same model new car.
They got my business. Dealerships have to understand that the game has changed, we’re in a recession, and buying a new car is a big investment.
Car-wow is a great way of talking to dealerships and sounding them out before you make the journey.

Delighted with how smooth and easy everything was. The handover/collection driver was great and arrived at the planned time. It felt too easy as everything was done for us (cleared finance, changed keeper etc)

Payment was prompt and we would use again.

Great experience in selling my car. Very straight forward, no issues encountered. Will use them again in the future.

Advertised car specification was inaccurate (promised a fitted tow hitch), dealership had little product knowledge
. Status and progress updates were very poor. Promised the cashback deal that never happened.

Carwow did a lovely job with the advertising of my Honda Jazz. Also the company who sent someone to collect my car did very well with checking it over and accepting it. They paid the Cost very quickly and all were happy. Thank you all for your assistance.

Carwow are very thorough in their process,of which I respect & understand,all I would say is if your thinking of using Carwow to sell your car,just make sure you don’t need to get it all rapped up within a day or so,because obviously they need 3 or 4 days to sort everything out,but I was happy enough with there process & would be happy to say I’d use them again 👍🏼

I used Carwow to find a deal on a new car and was impressed with the offers I received. In fact, I ordered a vehicle from one of the dealers that quoted, which is the reason for the two-star rating rather than one.I then decided to use Carwow's "sell your car" service to sell my existing vehicle. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The final auction offer came in around £1,000 below my reserve price. When reviewing the listing, I noticed that my car's service history had been marked as "none available," despite discussing the full service history during a phone call and providing photographs of the service records.I also didn't receive any notification when the auction ended and only discovered this by checking the app myself.The following day, I contacted Carwow and was told someone would get back to me within 24 hours, as there might be an opportunity to negotiate the offer. Three days later, despite multiple phone calls and emails, I still haven't heard from anyone.Having used other similar services in the past, I know there are better options available. Even one of the well-known high-street car-buying companies offered significantly more for my vehicle.Overall, I'm deeply disappointed. While Carwow helped me secure an excellent discount on my new car, their vehicle-selling service appears to fall well short of the competition. I would recommend Carwow for finding a new car deal, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend their car-selling service.

The reserve price at auction bears little relation to the selling price. Buyers knock the price down for things which do not matter to the end customer eg the fuel mix in the carburettor is not perfect, even though the car runs perfectly. There’s evidence of damage repair,done perfectly but used to reduce the price of my 10 year old car.

Plenty of garages and cars to choose from
Also the garage we chose have been very helpful so far can’t fault it. Everything is in order but we are not getting the car until next week which is my choice

Your listing and auctions were seemless

Vehicle was valued at a high price, with a slightly under reserve, however price achieved was a more realistic price.
The whole process, sale, photos, collection and payment all went very smoothly. Highly recommend

they offered me less than 40% of my car's worth do not recommend any1 selling a car to them

Really easy to use platform. Carwow kept me informed during the process and made sure everything was followed through. Best of all the car sold within 1 day. Excellent all round experience.

Really simple process good communication throughout

I found a car I really wanted on there site then enquired it. They got back with a good priced deal and help sort out with the finance. I was able to do this while working, stopping only a handful of times to answer phone calls in which I received great feedback and help. I would like to give a shout out to Richard Perkin for helping me at the start then as I got further on with my agreement, Rebecca Dudman helped me understand more about the deal and also helped me get one of the finance documents as it had apparently been sent but I couldn’t see it in my mail so she got in contact with the finance company and forwarded it over to me to help finalise the deal.

The process for uploading pictures and information on car is very easy to use. A high value was given initially and then down graded with no logic. After the auction ended, I did not appreciate people turning up to my house and then trying to push the price down further. I could’ve sold myself through auto trader for same experience.
