They are thieves and liars.
They sent me the wrong parcel (I ordered 6 cups and saucers of Duralex, they gave me only 6 little Duralex saucers without cups.
I had paid 19 euro for this parcel included transport. They gave only 6 euro refund.
Again and again I explained to them that this is not honest business.
They refuse to give me my money back or to send me the parcel I paid for.
I WILL WARN EVERYONE FOR THEM.
THEY ARE THIEVES and LIARS.
They keep saying they are so sorry and show me all the good reviews they get, but meanwhile they steal my money away. It is only a small amount but what are they doing with other customers I am asking myself: how many of there good reviews are maybe fake and how do they really make there money? I have been not so wise: I should have checked there reputation before buying. I forgot. Maybe a good warning for next customers.
