I'm not really satisfied with the…
I'm not really satisfied with the delivery service from Trunks. I was at home waiting for my package all day and explicitly requested in the delivery instructions for the driver to ring the doorbell upon arrival to ensure I received it safely. Instead, the driver didn't even bother to ring the bell and simply shoved the important package into the mailbox. There is no point in having a delivery instruction field if the drivers are going to completely ignore it. Extremely lazy service and a lack of care for the customer's request.

Everything was wrong
Everything was wrong, but most importantly you don't deliver the service I paid for. The birthday present arrived almost 48 hours after birthday which was discraseful. Will never use you again.

I sent message after message regarding my delivery but the status remains “delivered” despite the chatbot mentioning that it was delivered 2,1km from my house!! No feedback and plans to fix this issue. I ordered fruit and vegetables and now not sure whether to buy at the local shop as I have no clue when they plan to resolve this. Zero stars!!

Is the second time they lost my package. I will absolutely no longer order food at GoodyFoody because their delivery service is so bad

They didn't feel like delivering so said I had refused the package
The day of the delivery I got an email saying the delivery would be delayed by one day, then in the evening another mail saying that they tried to deliver but I had refused the order! So they had returned the package. I was at home, no one tried to deliver anything and I would definitely not have refused. I ordered stuff that I needed urgently for my baby, and choose Trunkrs because they promised the fastest delivery time. Customer service said that because the order was returned there was nothing they could do so good luck. Luckily the webshop I ordered from was able to make a priority delivery with DPD which came the next day.
