Package never arrived, received two different addresses left behind by the delivery driver which both didn’t have my package. First and last time hopefully, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

After waiting at home from 5:00 PM until almost 11:00 PM, Trunkrs sent a text notification at 22:39 stating the driver was 15 minutes away. Instead of delivering, Trunkrs updated the tracking status at 22:39 to "Not delivered" due to driver delays, pushing the delivery to tomorrow.

Today was my only day off. I stayed home specifically to ensure my fresh meals went straight into the freezer.

Even when they actually come through with deliveries (they state a window between 5:00 PM and 10:30 PM), 90% of the time they deliver my order at the absolute end of the day, past 10:00 PM.

I always prefer not to leave negative reviews, but you fully deserve this one.

The estimation windows is way off, the sms heads-up of 15 mins is off by 1h30mins.

They are absolutely worst. If your shipment is coming from them, just expect delays and poor communication around it

Never delivering. Total amateurs that have no idea what they are doing. Very bad and poor communication. False claim that they deliver same or next day... Not recommended and very bad for customer and damaging for companies working with them.

Worst shipping company ever.I needed the parcel urgently; they said it would be delivered within one day. After a week and three failed delivery attempts due to ‘lack of time’, I still haven’t received the parcel. The worst company ever – I’ve never had an experience like this before.

Yet another 'parcel was successfully delivered ' message when in fact my parcel was not delivered. Trunkrs, where on earth did you dispose of my parcel?

Update: after complaining to trunkrs's chatbot I received my parcel at around 23.15.

might be the worst tracking system ever. ive received a msg stating the delivery will arive in 15 mins. it's been 1.5 hours and hasnt arrived yet. the map tracking is horrible. it keeps going back to where it starts (the line on the map). then it disappears and spawns somewhere random on the map.

The package was left in front of the door while nobody was home. Luckily, our neighbor saw it, but it had been sitting there unattended for at least 30 minutes. This is not the first time my packages have been left outside without permission.
