I bought a pair of sheepskin mules for indoors. They were reduced and worth every penny. Arrived very quickly as always, and fit true to size. They are exceptionally warm worn barefooted. Importantly, although they were hardly off my feet during the winter I notice that the sheepskin hasn't matted or gone thin as some other sheepskin slippers I've had in the past. One problem, they're black and were dyed and as my became so hot the dye came off but easily washed and that shedding didn't last for long.

Some drivers find it difficult to find us. Today's driver had no problems and arrived right in the middle of the one hour time slot given earlier in the day. It was perfect.

The experience of the delivery company in my part of the country was good on this occasion, less so on a previous one because the driver got lost. I had sent a w3w link to appliancesdirect the night before delivery but mis-communication meant the driver didn't check what was on the system. However on the latest occasion the delivery was made within the window notified.

The person who answered my call was knowledgeable and reassuring.

The wellies arrived quickly and were a great fit because the rubber is softer than other wellies and they are easier to put in and take off

The process was quite straightforward and I was able to get my medication early because I was going away.

We had a new boiler installed. It took two days and we were only quoted one so that was a shock. However, we were happy with the efforts made by the engineer to get another engineer to accompany him on Day 2. A few days later the boiler sprung a leak and we had to call British Gas back but an engineer came round the following day to fix it. All told this was a pleasant experience and we felt as though we were dealing with a responsible organisation compared to many others.

I love the FitFlop wellies and especially the pink. To get the pink at a sale price was great for me and with the sheepskin insoles I put inside they double not only as a wellie but also as a warm boot.

The engineer came on the appointed day and was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. However, the job was clearly a two-person job and only one person had been assigned meaning that the installation couldn't possibly be finished in the one day we had been told it would take. On Day 2, the engineer arranged for some support, and the job actually took two full days but four days later another engineer had to be called as a leak had appeared. This was dealt with speedily.

The item was delivered within the window notified and the driver waited until the door was opened rather than leaving the parcel in the porchway and rushing off like so many other drivers do these days.

The company is great, the staff are always courteous and delivery is immediate. The quality of the goods remains constant.
