I rely on Trust Pilot beacuse I know I…

I rely on Trust Pilot beacuse I know I can trust their reviews both from using Trust Pilot as a consumer and running a company which had to deal with many customer reviews. Our company reviews were mostly good, a few less so and some incorrect. We were able to have false reviews removed quickly and always tried to remedy poor reviews by strong customer service actions to keep our Trust Pilot score among the leaders in our sector. It was one of our Key Perfomance Indicators.
