In my honest opinion, through out my years of shopping experience with QVC , I have valued the care and support your dedicated staff have given me.
This has given me the confidence and pleasure in buying from a reputable company and I must have spent a little fortune over the years ! My 3 rooms are crammed with too much clothes that I have to give them to friends and charity and lots of them are brand new ! So I am going to try & curb myself now from being too extravagant ! Thank you for a great service! 🙏❤️. Ps I am migrating to the Far East soon !

SCAM! SCAM ! SCAM!
The puppies took a month to arrive. I was relief and happy But they are Fake not the genuine robot intelligent puppies as advertised . These puppies just bark and walk and do nothing else ! I know I’ve been scammed! I promised myself that I will never ever again buy anything from the website. Too many scammers are getting away with our money ! Don’t be easily fooled again. We must strike back and Don’t buy again ! 😡🤬

Fake dogs ! Rubbish! Real Scammers ! The email offered is also fake ! Had trouble contacting them to ask for a Refund, They refused and asked for the fake dog’s back.’ The carriage will be the same price as the cost of the dogs. Don’t Buy. Real Scammers.
I hope somebody wll shut the site down immediately!

I used to give you a 5 stars’ rating as your Customer Services was excellent then. Now I have an issue with a disappointing delivery from Thompson & Morgan , a pot of Hemerocallis Lily with nearly dead , wrinkled and shrivelled blooms . How on earth can your Supplier sent out such a poor quality plant and think that it is alright? I am requesting a straight forward Refund and am still waiting for your response. I’ve already emailed photos to you yesterday, phoned a couple of times to obtain your email address and it’s all so time consuming for me. This has put me completely off from ever purchasing any live plants from QVC again ! The 5 pots of Bella Fuchsia received were satisfactory but my friend has now introduced me to her online garden centre called J Parker . She bought a Victoria Plum tree late last year. Now it’s fruiting and it wasn’t Victoria plums but damson plums. She immediately phoned up to complain and
they immediately asked her whether she wants a refund or a replacement ? How impressive !
Please respond as soon as you can to issue a Refund to me and arrange to collect the rejected plant .

I gave you 4 stars rating because you did not deliver the parcel to me although I was in. My metal gate is never locked to allow delivery and I bothered to tell you exactly the spot where it is safe. Anyway when you sent me an email to alert me that it was delivered , I immediately opened my door to look for it only to find your card that you had left it with my nice neighbour .

My shopping experiences with QVC had always been very pleasant. The staff in Customer Services are all very friendly and helpful. Thank you all

I was so upset that 2 of my parcels from QVC went missing yesterday. Evri claimed that they left them outside my Storm Porch door .which I am not happy about ☹️! I immediately contacted QVC who immediately tried to replace the missing goods for me. I was very impressed with the speed they actioned to calm me down knowing I was so upset !
