I purchased the portable rechargeable desk fan as a gift for a family member. He has had it just a week now and says it is the best gift he has ever received.
It is compact and can be used anywhere.
The service I received when ordering the fan was pleasant and excellent. Delivery took a little longer than quoted due to stock arriving but not a problem at all. A very good experience all together,

power jet pro, it's supposed to be this incredible jet wash but it's not I don't recommend buying this dreadful jet wash instead get the one off temu not a cordless day plus the yellow one cost me £28 it's so powerful gets all the dirt off Ur car instead of it being left on so don't buy any cordless car or jet wash they are a waste of money

The items are just great, sometimes i need something to really clean up high, with not so long a handle. This is the very thing for me. It has all the different pieces to get into all the awkward corners.

Ordered some bright lights that didn’t work,

Plenty of choice. Lots of useful handy ideas for everyday use at reasonable prices. My extra tier for the microwave is very good - now I can cook both two meals at a time. Less time, less energy, less cost.

I'd ordered a couple of items and when they hadn't arrived a week later I phoned up and was given a full refund. The guy was very friendly and explained I could keep the goods when they eventually turned up. Also, if they didn't, call back and they'd send them afresh. I know that 'Must Have Ideas' say they'll refund but I didn't expect it to be so effortless - I'll certainly buy from them again. The package finally arrived 10 days after order - the delivery service was Royal Mail's, so I'm guessing they were to blame.

Customer Services is second to none. When there is a problem they respond quickly and offer options.

I have made 2 purchases recently.
First the Fan-tastic Fan.
Its a great little fan, lightweight and portable, to easily carry from what ever room I need to be in.
I has great speeds, and works very well, I haven't put it away yet so hope I can fold it back in its case afterwards as I did find it very tricky to get the telescopic pole to go up.
Would give this a 9/10 because of that
The other product I bought is the Micro Magic toastie maker, I didnt believe you could get crispy toasties made in the microwave but this proved me wrong its better them my usual toastie maker which sticks to the metal plates in it , and never comes out as crispy as I like.
But this little micro Magic does do crispy toasties.
You have to be very careful when getting it out of the microwave to turn it over as it let's out hot steam, I use a doubled Tea Towel.
The plates are are little tricky to get back in after washing them for that reason this gets a 9/10.
But this is a great family British Company, Must Have Ideas gets a 10/10 for Customer Service, fast Delivery, you can speak to an actual person not A1 and they do refund you when a product doesn't work ,with no quibble.
