Poor customer service
ordered beds and chose delivery date of 27th, which was the moving in date. with in a few hours got a message to say that it was being delivered on 23rd!! Whatsapp support gave run around on the pretext of helping, but did nothing useful.no option to rearrange delivery on the account, which customer care kept insisting there was.Now been told that when delivery fails , I have to rearrange!!! Poor service.

Ordered Bed frame and double mattress…
Ordered Bed frame and double mattress to be delivered to my daughters flat , when I placed the order it said the driver would deliver to the entrance of the property, fine no problem.
Day of the delivery the main entrance to the property is up 9 steps driver won’t deliver to main entrance will only leave items in the car park , on hold over 30 minutes with wayfair nothing resolved so now my husband is going to have to do a 4 hour round trip to get the items up the stairs with her!!!
How is this even acceptable Wayfair don’t care just say oh sorry it didn’t say that the entrance has to be on ground level in order for driver to deliver to entrance !!!!
