i waited in all day (again) to be told they had attempted delivery and my parcel wpuld be next working day.
firstly i am disabled in a one bed flat so wouldnt miss an "attempted" delivery and the tracking hasn't updated since.
no way to contact them or ask for help. Rubbish company.

app crashed when i tried to cancel order immidiatley as the address on file was from my previous city
Called the courier who asked for the four figure order number & he will arrange the refund.
Courier dumped (stole) £60 of goods and cos he had the 4 number code put it as delivered.
ive been chasing for 8 months now as i am disabled and cant lose £60. nobody gets back to me. uber taxis great but DONT use for shopping. Theives
