This business has absolutely gone down the toilet. Aside from products becoming more and more poorer in quality and very cheaply made, the online ability to navigate their web site to actually TALK to somebody or fill in a form that is supposed to exist is deplorable. The AI chatbot hallucinates. It might be "beta" but it's not even there yet for a beta. The AI chatbot will guide you to the "Contact Us" page - but that is all it will do. That particular page you're guided to is full of links that only reload the same Contact Us page. It's absolutely unacceptable.

Really not impressed with their inability to ship in a timely manner. My purchase took nearly a full week to make it into the postal system and that is just not good enough. I don't recommend this company at all for this reason. There are other businesses out there who sell similar products and have no problem shipping orders in a reasonable period of time. Customers shouldn't have to wait nearly a week for their order to be shipped then be forced to wait even longer for it to go through the postal system and be delivered.

Tried repeatedly to contact this company about my order and their email response comes from an AI chatbot that hallucinates. I really struggled with it. I considered trying to contact them via a message on Facebook, but with their email chatbot hallucinating, I was pretty sure their Facebook messages was AI controlled as well, so chose not to for my own sanity. Then I tried to reply to their most recent post on Facebook and was still ignored. I'm not impressed. I won't purchase from this company again, I won't recommend them to others and I honestly don't believe anybody should be buying from a company that has zero human response and only uses AI.

Purchased a pair of really expensive shoes that were not supplied by this company but came from a different business in a different state. The shoes arrived and upon opening the box, I found that the strap closures on the shoes were cheap Velcro which was really shocking for the price. The shoes would outlast the Velcro and be a total waste of money. I checked the website description and it did not mention that the straps were Velcro. It did though say that the shoes were lace up with a side zip - which they absolutely were not. This store is only open every other day for 3 days per week and is very difficult to get hold of. I left a message on Facebook that day the shoes arrived and still to this date have not received a response. The "CEO" of the store emailed me the day after my shoes arrived to give me a "trucking" number. I don't even know what that is. It was the only shipping confirmation I received for my purchase and I used it to AGAIN advise that I wanted to return the shoes. I had to wait quite a while for a response and was told that I could return the shoes but return shipping was at my expense... Now, I understand Australian Consumer Law - I work in the retail industry. But when an item does not match the description - the customer is not obligated to pay return shipping and is entitled to be reimbursed. The shoes I purchased were not laced with side zips like the description said they were. I don't recommend this business at all. They're too difficult to try and communicate with, they don't ship their own stock for online purchases and they haven't quite got the gist of Consumer Law.

This company is like stalkers. The amount of time that they keep calling, trying to tell you that you are due for your annual hearing check is outrageous. I had to ask them repeatedly to stop calling me. They kept saying that I am due for my annual hearing check and I am absolutely not due for one at all. I don't recommend using this company for a free or Medicare paid hearing check at all because they will not stop calling you. On a side note - they do know that mobile phones identify their calls as potential spam... Let that sink in for a minute.

The service of this company is very poor and their delivery contractors are no better. THREE TIMES I had to complain to iMile about their contractors dumping the packages. The third time they finally escalated the complaint and then I get an email asking if my package had been delivered. They do not read things properly. I actually stopped buying from the company that uses iMile as their shipping company and I think everybody else should too.

Pulse Venus... I followed the instructions and gave the Pulse Venus a saturation charge before first use. This charger does not hold a charge for long and I did not get the opportunity to charge my device with it because the charge is a slow drip and in the meantime it's losing charge. I tried for 3 days to charge my device and the Pulse Venus needed a second charging and was totally useless in it's ability to charge my device. The only good thing was that the company refunded my money without drama.

The quality of the dresses from this business is really poor. You pay a premium price and receive garments that are poorly sized and in a very cheap material. Refunds are not an option because they want to give you in-store credits to buy more of their poor quality stock.

Lipo-Shred 16-in-1 does nothing. The only thing I have noticed is that every other sachet burns my throat - which is caused by artificial sweetener. These powders are VERY sweet. Maltodextrin is a carbohydrate and a sweetener. Stevia leaf extract is also a sweetener. And then there's the artificial sweetener. That's a lot of sweet. This product is no good. I will use it as a sweet drink until I finish off the sachets, then I won't purchase it again. Not worth the good money spent on it.

Their product is the most uncomfortable underwear that I have had the misfortune to have worn. I purchased larger than I usually wear - just in case. It made no difference. Their product rolls at the front and digs in at the groin and their padding in the crutch to catch any fluid is like a BRICK of firm foam that gives no quarter and is dreadfully bulky and uncomfortable. At least store purchased sanitary liners mould to thigh shape. These things - OMG they're just awful and their Customer Support ignores your emails if you have an issue.

This company issues misleading shipping dates right throughout their shipping process - through their web site and in person via email. If you address your concern with the company, instead of investigating why there are different dates and giving you an explanation and accurate shipping information - you get attacked. If you make a purchase, in all honesty, allow a good week for your order to actually make it to the Post Office because it will take at least this long. They should hire more staff if they can't get orders out in a timely manner.

Spent over an hour on the phone with this company. The rep was excellent and she really took the time to find me the best solution because I use a lot of my private health so I need a lot of different services available to me. The one thing I absolutely disliked about the company and it would genuinely make a sane person hang up the phone and that is ALL the spiels and blurbs that I had to listen to or agree to that go on and on and on and never seem to end. A lot of it was legal stuff but it could be done in such a better way and take so much less time... Especially when people have to go to work. I wouldn't want to have to go through it all over again.

I had purchased three sets of pyjamas from this business and after the first wash of two sets, they shrunk - even after following laundering instructions. I contacted the business and the owner, who claims to have been in business for over 10 years, is extremely aggressive and it was clearly my fault that her products had shrunk and she was absolutely not going to do anything about it - which was a clear violation of Australian Consumer Law. I won't purchase from this business again because it's nothing but fast fashion with no quality and the same products are all over the internet. I suggest customers buy the same product from another company who will give them proper customer service without abuse.

This web site masquerades as an Australian business, but their "fulfillment centre" is in China. They're nothing but a misleading drop shipper.

Reverse search image anything you might consider buying from this web site before you make a purchase. You will save yourself a LOT of money just getting whatever it is from Temu or Amazon yourself.

This is a business to avoid.

The person didn't listen to what I was asking. They would probably benefit from some refresher training about reading things clearly.
