Rubbish products
Got the Apollo charger it was useless, had phone ond watch on charging and after 30 minutes the phone had only charged 1% and watch didn’t charge at all and the actual unit got very hot. Rubbish products and I have found exact same products that Pulse Charge sell way cheaper that work perfectly elsewhere. RIP OFF DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I needed a carry bag for my iPad
I needed a carry bag for my iPad, etc that didn’t weigh heavy. I purchased the Voyager Carry bag and I’m so delighted. It has plenty of safety pockets you could easily put a passport and phone etc in then a large pocket lined for lap tops, etc.
It is made from very sturdy material, has a handle so it can be carried or a longer strap to wear it over your shoulder. Well down Pulse Charge.

bought a charger for the first time…
bought a charger for the first time used it 4 times however on the fourth time the charging pin broke off. We are older people and care for all our equipment. Sent an enquiry re what occurred and was told the charging pin is tested and has no warranty to fix it very disappointed $99 down the drain. Shocking response on my behalf. No grandkids or others touched the charger placed carefuly into my new phone and the same after removing the charger from my new phone. I dont like giving negative reviews at all but this is unfair response.

Unfortunately, I had to return our 4 in 1 phone chargers due to a few being faulty but the Customer Service & correspondence was excellent from start to finish. They happily accepted the return and refunded me in full.

An Excellent Buy
I couldn't find my wallet a few weeks ago and went into panic mode. This spurred me into action and I ordered 2 cards and 2 tags. So easy to set up on my iphone and now I have peace of mind with a card in my wallet and a tag on my keys. Set up the other two for my wife.

Thanks so much for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your wireless Pulse Charger. Usually, this comes down to how your phone magnetically aligns with the charger.
Does your phone have built-in magnets?
Currently, the only phones with built-in magnetic (MagSafe or Qi2) technology that don't require a special case are the Apple iPhone 12 or newer (excluding SE and 16e) and the Google Pixel 10.
The Solution: You likely just need a compatible case
If you have a different phone model, or if you are using a standard phone case, your phone won't stick to the charger properly. Without proper magnetic alignment, the phone may overheat, charge inconsistently, or fail to charge at all.
The good news is that you can easily fix this by putting a MagSafe or Magnetic Qi-compatible case on your phone. You can find these at almost any shopping centre phone store or at online marketplaces like Amazon or eBay.
Does your phone support wireless charging at all?
If you want to double-check that your phone actually has wireless charging capability inside it, you can search for your exact phone model on GSM Arena.
Scroll down to the "Battery" section, and it will tell you if it supports "Wireless" charging.

The only lil thing is the tiny charging blue lights on the top are super bright and a lil annoying at night if you want to charge your phone on Tilt which i like so you can easily tap the screen and see it. However if you flat top charge it covers light.
