I am always hesitant on buying online, the reviews looks very promising. I am hoping it works for me.

Cost and delivery is fantastic!

Did not know this was in US$. Needs to be put on the buying site so people are aware that it is in US$. Found the actual buying process a little confusing.

Don’t buy from this company they are scammers. My wife ordered “buy 2 get 2 free” at £15.99 each which equals £31.98. They debited £53.99 and then debited another £63.96 .

When a delivery email eventually arrived it showed a product that she did not order and the amount for what she did order was not the amount advertised - the total on the invoice is £118.95.

My wife contacted Halogrow via their customer service portal within minutes of placing the order, due to us receiving credit card notifications that had amounts deducted that did not match what she ordered .

They have now emailed my wife saying the items have been dispatched , why? What is the point of the customer service portal when they ignore the messages? Why is there not a cancellation option?

Reading others reviews we are now aware that we are now victims of this company .

So far it looks to be a great product, but haven't used it long enough to comment

Dishonest company to deal with when ordering. I placed my order & double the amount came off my credit card. I detest the opportunistic theft! Of course double the product arrived which I don’t need. I would never order again be because of that experience. To top it all off, the delivery company left it on the top of my wheelie bin, where it sat in the full sun before I saw the parcel. I wonder if zi can use it or chuck it in the bin!

July 8 I ordered 6hair spray and soon after 4 serum. I found the process aggressive. So I asked to return the serum. That process to return was very complicated. But the parcel arrived August 24. I've had no word about the refund since.

Need to allow us to order what we want without all the after stuff that goes on as then you don't know what you actually have ordered until the end and then it's too late as you've already paid

Thieves and liars - overcharge you - promise 30 day Money Back Guarantee - THEY SEND AI GENERATED RESPONSE to your refund request - then AI generated response to your complaint asking for more details about your order and never action your refund - DON’T BUY FROM THEM !!!!

Halogrow sent me products that I did not order and promised me upon return I would get a full refund. To date this has not happened, items were sent back 2 months ago. This company is a scam, dishonest and steal money from you, BEWARE.

Hopefully my hair will grow out get better soon. I have tried other products that didn’t work so I am hoping that this one will be amazing.

The problem with losing hair was well explained and the product to fix the problem was introduced well

I did not like that I went through all the other promotions and was not presented with an opportunity to see my order before I was checked out after all the promotions and there were more products than I had ordered!

I am pleased with the product. My hair is filling in evenly so it looks natural. I like that it is not oily and is fragrance free. Specials help me order so I dont run out. Customer service is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! Pleasure to talk to them when i have questions.

My order went though on PayPal before I reviewed everything. I contacted the company immediately to cancel the order and was told I could. Then suddenly I was told it was too late, but I could return easily when the order arrived. Lie, it was impossible! Everything was done to make me keep the order, including reduced price for 4 bottles. I received over 70 emails in total telling me that would give me help to return and several asking me to review Halogrow. Nothing worked and I suspect a refund or reduced price wouldn't have worked either. PayPal was useless and didn't read my complaints properly. I won't be using them again. Stay clear of this company, they are a scam.
