I received 5 fragrances. I left 3 good reviews and 1 negative. (The other fragrance was a gift so I did not spray it). The 3 good reviews made it to their website. The negative one did not. Instead 3 generic 5 star reviews were added to the reviews for that specific fragrance - Love Drunk. It is supposed to be a dupe of Dior Addict but smells nothing like it.

Really disappointing when a website rigs its own customer reviews.
I will not purchase from them again. Glad I only paid $20 per bottle on sale.

Love my Hideaway perfumes. The flower power is perfection. I get compliments all the time

Third class perfumes. I bought 5 perfumes from them. Not even a single one is long lasting. I think theg are using poor quality ingredients. They should focus more on product quality than just thinking about their profits.

Products are nice however site has been difficult to use with payment issue and unable to buy the bundle now the payment issue is resolved

This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have encountered. After my parcel was damaged in transit and returned to the sender, I was repeatedly advised that the item had been delivered or that investigations were ongoing, despite the courier confirming it had already been returned.

The lack of communication and slow response times have been extremely disappointing. Important questions were not properly answered, and I was left chasing updates instead of being kept informed.

Good customer service is measured by how a company handles problems. Unfortunately, Hideaway failed to provide clear, timely, or effective communication throughout this process. I am still waiting for confirmation that my full refund of $152.95 will be processed.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

The perfume I got are amazing, my favourite are Vanilla Delight, Darling belle are so lovely

The worst customer service . I purchased shipping protection in case I didn’t get my package . Because they use the most useless couriers in the world I didn’t get my package . I asked for money back . My total without shipping was $108 plus $11.18 in tax . Making a total of $119.18 . They refunded me $85 which is not the total of my items as I received none . When questioned they didn’t answer the question just beat around the bush. Then when I emailed again several times they just ignored me .

I ended up in hospital from using this perfume it smells like chemicals bought an asthma attack on .

Tried repeatedly to contact this company about my order and their email response comes from an AI chatbot that hallucinates. I really struggled with it. I considered trying to contact them via a message on Facebook, but with their email chatbot hallucinating, I was pretty sure their Facebook messages was AI controlled as well, so chose not to for my own sanity. Then I tried to reply to their most recent post on Facebook and was still ignored. I'm not impressed. I won't purchase from this company again, I won't recommend them to others and I honestly don't believe anybody should be buying from a company that has zero human response and only uses AI.

Chic allure smelled like a mix of chemicals and old man cologne. It was aggressively marketed as amazing and my husband, mum, sister and close co worker all said It smelt terrible (“old man perfume” “chemicals” and “bad air freshener”) i also got the vanilla one and it smelled like cheap ultra sweet chemical heavy air freshener. It also made my eyes water/ made me sneeze when I sprayed it - Don’t know how they are getting away with this

Absolute Perfection! My Go-To Aussie Brand for Luxury Perfumes & Body Care. I cannot recommend Hideaway enough! I have purchased a wide variety of items from this incredible Australian store—including their perfumes, body mists, body scrubs, shower mousses, custards, and hand creams. I truly love every single product. Their perfumes are next-level because of the high oil concentration, meaning the scents last beautifully all day.Hideaway products have also become my favourite gifts. I regularly share them with my closest friends and my son. Even my husband, who generally never wears fragrances, is now completely hooked on Kings Conquest!I am currently eagerly waiting for my fourth order, which I bought specially for Father’s Day. As a little tip for other fans: when I can’t wait for shipping, I discovered that my local chemist stocks their perfumes and body mists! I have already popped in a few times to restock my absolute favourites, Black Essence and Aurora Rouge.Well done to the Hideaway team for providing such high-quality, luxury products at affordable prices. To top it all off, their delivery service is amazing, and I usually receive my items within just 5 days. Keep doing a great job—you have a loyal customer for life!

love the scents , cheap and affordable

On Wednesday, 22 July at 10:00 PM AEST, I received a "VIP Upgrade" promotional email offering free shipping using the code VIP72. However, upon reading the email, the terms stated the promotion had already expired the previous night, on Tuesday, 21 July at 11:59 PM AEST. Their automated dispatch system sent out a discount code that was literally impossible to redeem upon arrival.
​When I contacted customer support to point out that their system had sent an expired code, the team member completely missed the point and sent a generic, templated response stating that expired codes cannot be reactivated. This was not a case of a customer missing a deadline—it was a system error on Hideaway's end.
​After requesting that my ticket be escalated to a manager so this glitch could be properly reviewed, my follow-up emails and social media messages went completely unanswered. Sending out unredeemable promotional offers and then ignoring customer attempts to report the glitch is incredibly poor business practice. I have taken my business elsewhere.

Love Hideaway it helps with my dry skin and I always get comments on how yummy I smell haha

where do u even begin? the customer service is amazing. i emailed them about my shipping delays and they were so quick to respond and so lovely. I enjoy these scents so much i will continue to repurchase over and over. the scent lasts all day
