LinkedIn is a huge scam. They locked me out of Sales Navigator for over 3 months, and kept telling me to verify my account, which I did, but it didn't work, because, I already had another verification over 10 years ago with my previous employer, and I don't have access to their email any more. Each time, their customer support took longer and longer to respond. They kept escalating and de-escalating. Now, it's been over 18 days, and still no response from them. Forget about LinkedIn, or any coach who tells you to use them. Use emails, instead.

WPMU Dev is an amazing company with an amazing service. Every single time I asked for help, they provided it quickly and with no strings attached. I used their Forminator Quizzes plugin, which is very powerful and flexible as it integrates with my own php site seemlessly. The team helped me with some custom scripts and they worked for many years, but now I have to go, since I implemented my own quiz feature.

I liked that we have free or discounted access to so many systems and automation. With Jay's help, I was able to setup my cold email machine and scale to sending over 1000 emails per day. Furthermore, Jay gave me access to top experts in marketing. I have learned a lot from Jay and his team.

What a horrible company. Please stay away.
I told them so many times that I don't want to pay $400/year just for their stinking badge, but they had so many agents call me. Finally, I agreed, but today their badge wouldn't even load and slowed down my website. And I was wondering why I missed so many leads because of them.

This is the worst company I've had experience working with. Avoid like a plague. After trying their product for a few weeks, I realized that it's not for me and graciously asked them to cancel my contract. They haven't responded for a while, and finally did respond saying that since my trial period is over, I cannot cancel it. Well, as you can see from other reviews here, I am not the first one to complain about this. Their treatment of their customers is highly unethical. Now, you can get free webinars with most CRM systems, anyway, so there is no use for this product. Don't waste your time. Get something like Zoho CRM which is already comes with webinar functionality without any additional cost.

The reply I just received from WebinarJam is just their standard cookie-cutter reply they send to all the reviews. They don't even bother sending a personal reply, just like they didn't bother to give me a call during my trial to ask me if everything was going ok with preparing the webinar. This company is so unethical, that their entire business model is hanging on the free-trial trap they have set for all their leads.

How does this company still exist? Why doesn't the US gov't just close them down? I was running lead ads in Meta Ads manager, and they charged me for 5 leads, but only gave me one. When I complained, the agent came up with a horrible lie that this is normal. She didn't even bother to look at their own definition of what a result is - ie a contact who submits a form. They just make things up on the fly, just so that you stop bothering them. Horrible, horrible company to deal with.

King Kong is a super agency. First, they sent me this free unbelievably enlightening book which is so entertaining and easy to read. I have never done marketing before, but after reading this book, I feel like I can almost teach a master class myself. Everyone in this company is super helpful, including my sales agent Andrew Li. Andrew spent an hour talking to me on the phone and, really got to know what I was doing. He gave me great advice, precisely where I need to go from here and even sent me helpful guides to read.

Worst Service Ever - Meta Pro Team is Hopeless

Dealing with Meta Pro Team has been a nightmare from start to finish. They promise to call but never do, and when they finally decide to reach out, it's at an ungodly hour when no one is ready to discuss business. When I do manage to get in touch with someone, it's clear that the agents have no clue what they're doing. They can't answer even the simplest questions without needing to escalate the issue, and the so-called "experts" they escalate to never bother to call back. It's beyond frustrating and utterly unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs.

TikTok ads support is simply not there and their software is buggy. They can't even get the basic pixel working, and instead of just calling to help me out, they insist on this back-and-forth message system, which leads to nowhere. Another BAD review and an example to all non-monopolies of how not to run their companies. For all your globalist-run monopolies that control the internet (Google, Facebook, etc). just go back to your arrogant ways. Don't worry, the gov't will close you down soon.

Ignored by Facebook Tech Support – 1.3 Stars Well Earned

If there was a lower rating than 1.3 stars on Trustpilot, Facebook Tech Support would deserve it. The service is beyond terrible—it’s nonexistent. They don't bother responding to any feedback or complaints. It's like your issues go into a black hole when you try to get help.

I experienced this first-hand when I needed assistance. The rep barely listened and ended the call by promising to set up another appointment, which of course, never happened. It’s like they think they can do whatever they want without any accountability.

What’s worse, a quick look at Trustpilot shows I’m not alone; tons of people are getting the same cold shoulder. Not a single response from Facebook to any of the complaints. It’s clear they don’t care about their users at all. Just steer clear of their so-called support. You’ll save yourself a lot of frustration.

Vishnu did a great job on getting me started with the webhook connection app. I got the discount and came out to be about 30% cheaper than zapier.

I've tried about four different SEO companies, and I would say SearchBerg was the best. They were very well organized and, basically, delivered on most things that they promised. The agents were friendly and easy to talk to. There were a few hours of phone calls where they learned about my company. Overall, I would give them a score of 4 (not 5), because when I asked them how to use their infographics, they didn't tell me and also didn't publish the infographics on social media, themselves.

I signed up with microsoft advertising a month ago.
At first, they were very cordial and promised to help. They promised to give me a coupon for $500 which they never did. Instead, they kept delaying my campaign because of bugs in their UET tag helper, very slow response, advertising advocates that had no idea of the state of my campaign, absolutely no help in setting up the campaign, and many other issues. Their advocates could not answer even the simplest of questions and always relegated them to their specialists, who took days and weeks to respond. Their website is full of bugs that couldn't even accept a valid credit card, no provisions for PayPal or Bank ACH. As a result, I had over 1000 clicks during the month, with zero conversions, although, during this time, I got many conversions with my google organic search.

Finally, because of their own incompetence, and their inability to help me, they decided to take all my money and audit my website contents. They said that my math education website presents "high risk to consumers and other advertisers". This is a service that advertises adult services and porn, yet, a website to help children learn math is a "high risk to consumers and other advertisers".

What is even more alarming, is that the company which allegedly is committed to transparency (at least according to their own guidelines) could not come up with a single reason why they regard my website as "high risk to consumers and other advertisers". According to them, revealing their reason for closing my account forever, would pose a privacy and security violation.

This is a complete SCAM. This company is fraught with incompetent and illiterate employees and signing up with them is a complete waste of money and time. Do your own research, before signing up, but, you will end up in the same state that I am in, today.
