We cancelled our membership in 2019
We were happy with the product when it was around the £45 a year mark. We missed an email from them saying they had changed the plan so it was now $300 per year and were shocked when they started taking out this amount from my card. I emailed them and they were unbelievably helpful and refunded the increased amount immediately

We received your email earlier today and replied approximately two hours later, shortly before this review was posted, so it appears our response and your review may have crossed.
Our review found that although your original membership was cancelled in 2019, a separate plugin subscription was purchased in 2020 and remained active. We have explained the subscription history privately and issued a full refund of the latest $300 payment, which should reach your account within 5 - 10 business days.

So disappointed. Really terrible service.
I've been a customer for over 7 years. Today, my finance team told me they increased our bill by $1000. We had been paying $150 each year. Evidently, last year, they automatically upgraded everyone to "premium" with a 90% discount, to intentionally obscure how much this increase would be. It is in NO WAY WORTH that much money. For the weight these plugins add to your site, it is in no universe, worth that much. And, to be told it was MY FAULT for not checking an email thats sent 3 days before billing... not a month before, not 90 days. 3. 3 days notice. What if its over a weekend? what if im on PTO? Just so, SO dissapointed in this company after telling people about how good it was for years. Will be replacing all of their plugins in the next 30 days.

Be aware of high renewal fee
Be aware of the renewal price of $180 after signing up for a heavily discounted rate of $36. They were willing to refund the remaining portion of my invoice after I was charged the larger amount without cancelling.

The worst company to use for hosting or any service
The worst company to use for hosting, mailing, domain and any website-related service. DO NOT take their services. They can suspend any website anytime and complete account all of a sudden. They are not customer centric and operate as a bad hosting provider.
Your business data or any other service is not at all safe with them.
They provide monthly service and without notice your website, mail service or any service can be down. I have suffered big loss due to their unprofessional activities. They put my all emails down in just seconds and their staff also does not have information about the issues going on inside their company. Please take all your data off and have backups else you will have to suffer later. They can disable your account anytime. It is a soft warning from my side

After receiving an additional abuse report concerning the same website and obtaining further information, we concluded that we could no longer continue providing services for your account in accordance with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
Although we made the decision to close the account, we still provided time for you to retrieve your data and transition your services.
We take reports of fraud and abuse seriously. Following repeated communication and a thorough assessment of the information available to us, we stand by our decision to terminate the account.
We wish you all the best moving forward.
