Ich war im Mister Spex Store in München Pasing für einen Sehtest. Der Ablauf war reibungslos, und das Personal war professionell und freundlich. Nach dem Test stellte sich heraus, dass es nur einen Unterschied von 0,25 bei einem Auge gibt, daher habe ich mich entschieden, vorerst keine Brille zu bestellen. Trotzdem war meine Erfahrung sehr positiv, und ich würde den Service auf jeden Fall in Zukunft wieder in Betracht ziehen.

Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von Trade Republic und ihrem Kundensupport. Leider hatte ich in den letzten zwei Wochen ein ernsthaftes Problem, aber der Support hat überhaupt nicht reagiert. Das hat mich wirklich traurig gemacht, da ich ihren Service gerne genutzt hätte.

Wenn man ein Problem mit Trade Republic hat, kann man leider nicht auf ihre Hilfe zählen. Das ist sehr frustrierend, und es fühlt sich an, als ob sie sich nicht wirklich um ihre Kunden kümmern.

Insgesamt bin ich sehr unzufrieden mit meiner Erfahrung bei Trade Republic, und ich hoffe, dass sie in Zukunft ihre Supportqualität verbessern können.

My E-bike was sent with Hermes, we couldn't choose a desire date/place with the given tracking number. So we have to wait another 10 days for redelivery.
