It seems that they show reduced prices during product selection and once you proceed to payment a few minutes later, they state that the prices for both products have just increased. This is unfair. They also do not deliver to Austria

Very fast, good service, the product arrive in a perfect shape.

I have used them two times now to buy some lamps and it has worked perfectly - everything was sent quickly and arrived in perfect condition. The prices are also very competitive.

On the website 1-2 days delivery...
after 4 days still nothing, when i ask for a refund, they say they can't refund me, it is on the way, but no delivery date in sight...
they waited 2 days to resond to my email asking for a refund

After the purchase, Voelkner has been silent and unresponsive. 11 days have passed by with no updates, while money is on hold from my account. Message to inquire what's going on is also ignored. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Will never shop there again.

Ships with UPS to post box, but doesn’t provide any way of getting the access code through their system. Support doesn’t respond. My conclusion: Voelkner is incapable of shipping stuff.

Voelkner sells used items and labels them as new.
I then had to cover costs for returning the parcel.

I would be very careful when ordering from Voelkner if I were you. I personal, would never trust Voelkner.

I got a notification from Idealo (a price comparison website), that the price for Braun Series 9 Pro 9477cc has fallen to my desired price. I logged in and there were 2 shops, which were offering this item at the same price. Unfortunately, I chose Voelkner.
I bought the item using my PayPal account and I was excited and waiting for it to arrive.
A few days later, I received the money back on my PayPal account and I wrote to Voelkner about this return of money. A few days later I received an email from Voelkner that the order is canceled because they could not get this item at the price they sold it. I went back to Idealo and saw that Voelkner is offering the same item at a much higher price.
My question to Voelkner is: if you do not have the item, why do you sell it? You should mention on your website that you will try to get the item, so the customer knows that you may not be able to get it. Th e2nd shop, which was offering the same price them is out of stock now.
I believe, Voelkner does this in order to get the details of potential customers and then use it the data or sell it to other parties. I would be very careful when ordering from Voelkner if I were you. I personal, would never trust Voelkner.

It was the first time when I was making orders in an online shop and I regretted it. I decided to buy Sygonix Standventilator 50W for 66 euros and everything was fine, the delivery time was written 3-4 days but they deliver it by 2-3 days later, I don’t remember exactly and of course I thought it is not a big deal but it turned out that the product I bought was broken. For god’s sake I can’t describe my feelings on that day. Never going to order something from this shop again.

Delivery was fast. Correct product was shipped. Tried using the device. Device works as expected.

They wrote in the website that delivery time is 1 to 2 working days ,after 5 days i still have no information about the package or any tracking nummber,when you have no capacity then let us know and we dont buy,stop taking the money and leave the people suffering running behind their things what they already paid for it......

Ordered a casio watch that showed available on their page. After 5 days I received a message saying that the article was not available and that the new forecasted shipping date would be 2 weeks after.
I sent an email requesting to cancel the order and reimburse me, which was done very quickly and that's why I leave 2 stars and not 1.
