IMO Car Wash Reviews 

Car wash was great but was a bit confused how it worked and where to get the valet service done when I arrived.

Overall would recommend!

It was a car wash.

Short queue, good price for a good wash and swift.

Excellent fast and efficient service. This was my first experience with IMO and I will definitely be returning. My only criticisms are my alloy wheels could be better and I find that the IMO app is confusing and lacks clarity.

I purchased the Ceramic XTR Wash, which is the most expensive wash package, because the promotion advertised a free wash. However, I have never received the promised free wash. Every time I visit, I see the same offer being advertised, but it doesn't seem to be honoured. Very disappointing and feels misleading. I hope the management reviews these promotions and ensures customers receive what is advertised.

Made better by the fact we were the next car though, the pre wash by the guys was quite thorough, all the jets were pumping well though the wash, car came out looking good.

The process was not smooth. It was confusing. I paid for the maximum possible cleaning. And once I was out of the automated conveyor system, they said it was just for outside? Then why did I go for the most expensive cleaning, i.e. £30 for exterior?

Then I had to pay for outside polish, which was £10? quite expensive for just a wipe on outerside? It was getting so expensive to get the car clean internally, so I had to drop and go back.

Lastly, the rates I received from relatives recently visiting this car wash were different and cheaper. While I was told much more expensive rates. So the staff was giving random quotes and discounting them.

The automated conveyor belt cleaning system was good.

Quick & easy. No complaints

The IMO is local, staffed by a great tam of guys and offers a better carwash than most automated ones. Also it dries every time no matter which wash you have! This is our go to carwash!

Found the staff surprisingly rude.

Following the wash the car body was immaculate but the windscreen wasn't.

Overall satisfied however very lapse in cleaning the alloys, very little attention or product used on them

Always a great car wash . Though sometimes leaves water marks on the side of the car afterwards

Always friendly and professional staff. Great car wash I was helped with the app payment by the really nice man who has worked there for years. He always does a brilliant pre wash of the car. My car had sat under a tree and was full of birds droppings. Car was really clean and will return again sooner than previously

The actual car wash was excellent. Unfortunately the experience was marred by my interaction with the operative.
I wasn’t driving my own car and was unfamiliar with some aspects ….. I didn’t need to be instructed to ‘ listen to me,’ in an aggressive manner. I am sure the interaction would have been different if I was of the opposite gender.

There was no option for Ultra HD. But system still allowed to scan barcode and pay for ultra HD. O arrival employer told me that doesn't work. I asked can I have cheaper one. He said this company and it will not work. So I have to reverse it back. And lost 12.82£ told me contact customer service. But there on site you cant fill in the form. So this was my last visit to this cat wash ever.

Paid for an expensive car wash and the wheels were still mostly dirty. Streaky patches and residue left on car itself too
