This company truly exemplifies the Best of British products and service. The products arrives quickly, were scrumptious (well of course) and were packaged so beautifully that I did not want to open it. Product, packaging and service were top notch. Highly, highly recommended.

For the past year, I have been ordering products from Facetheory. They are excellent products at an amazing price and I highly recommend them as being one of the most effective product lines on the market. Having made a mistake while ordering, I had to contact their customer service. The response time was lightening fast and they answered all my questions without me having to wait an eternity. If I had to use one word to describe the products and service..it would be remarkable.

You never ever include samples, which is ridiculous.

I ordered a product from Ted Baker on September 12, 2021 and did not receive it by the beginning of October. I started to get worried and notified their Support Department and was answered by one of their employees, Neive. She tracked down the courier, tracked down the order (not as easy at it sounds, it took about three days) and I felt eased and assured and confident that my order would be delivered. Her response time was timely, and her emails professional. I honestly did not spend one minute of time worrying about anything. Excellent customer service.

I bought an Acer laptop from them in February 2021. In March, it started overheating and shut down. I rang the people at Acer who said it was defective. I took it to Coolblue who kept it for six weeks and said it was fixed. In September, the same problem with overheating and shutting down. This company sells defective products, with bad technicians who claim to fix it, and terrible customer service. I will never recommend them or buy from them again.

Easy ordering. Professional product. Delivered on Time. You could not ask for anything else.

Terrible Company. Rubbish product. Terrible Customer Service. After two years my laptop is not working. Warranty expired after one year. No service for us. Called the company. Advised to buy adaptor. Wasted 42 euros, with same problem as before. Now advised to buy a motherboard. Advice: Get another computer from another company.

As usual, the DPD courier is friendly and personable, always with a smile. Always bringing much more than the contents of the package, which is always welcome, especially on a rainy day. Service with a smile, always.

My DPD guy who delivers the packages to my home is always on time, with a smile and little chat. I cannot ask for better. He is the best!

Wonderful amazing reliable fast service. They added pepernoten to the package and that was a sweet and enjoyable gift. I liked it even more than the suitcase I bought. Thanks guys. Great work. Will stop by again.
